The technicians were incredible with our kids. The Dr was kind and great with the kids. He made sure to examine their teeth well and to explain well what treatment was needed. I also appreciated that he made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and did not make us feel rushed at all

I went to Vail Family Dentistry back in September 2024 for a teeth cleaning. My insurance company pays 100% of this cost and now they are asking for more money! When I left the office they said bill is covered 100%. Go figure! I will find a new dentist and now, once again, I will have to take time out of my life to clean up someone's mess. Just to protect my credit scores. Very disappointed.The trust is broken, I'm DONE!!!

Very pleasant appointment. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before my exam was begun. All employees were pleasant and welcoming. The doctor was prompt and efficient and the hygenist was gentle but thorough with my cleaning and xrays. Definitely will be returning to this practice.

The staff and Dentist, Dr. Robillard at Vail Family Dentistry are friendly and helpful. Answered all questions and even the fillings I had were pain free. Will continue at VFD for all of my Dental needs.

I have been going to Vail Family Dentistry for 9 years and would not trade them for any other dental office in Tucson. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the dental team efficient and congenial, and I totally trust the docs to give me an honest evaluation. They treat me like a "preferred" client every time I come! If you are looking for a "dental home" you will not be disappointed.

I love this dentistry! Everyone is welcoming and kind. So far Dr. Roblard has been the best pediatric dentist my children have seen. All of the hygienists are great and fairly gentle. Highly recommended

I went in Friday September 27th for 3 fillings that magically turned into 4 fillings while there and it was truly the worse experience ever. When I scheduled my appt I scheduled with Dr. Christopher Ballew. Then the week of my appt the front office tells me Dr Ballew will no longer be working at this office and that my appt would be with Dr Robillard instead. I asked if any other dentist was available and they told me Dr Johnson. Clearly they meant Jourdyn and not Johnson. Had I known the correct name I would have done my research and would have cancelled my appt as Dr Jourdyn is pretty much a new dentist in the field, freshly outta college.
I saw Dr Jourdyn Buckheit and she was so rough on my teeth and face. She cut my lip and didn’t apologize. Then I had to go all weekend hurting and extremely uncomfortable because she did the worse job possible on my teeth. Even developed a canker sore that evening. My bite was so off I had to go back in on Monday to have her bad job fix by Dr. Robillard because I refused to see Dr Jourdyn again. Please do your research on this Dr before you have any work done by her. I’m not even confident the work on my teeth was done right and I will not be going back to this office. The way they do their billing is also very questionable. Again do your research and also talk to your insurance to confirm coverage and how much $ you will be responsible for.
I also question the reviews on here. I seriously think that all these great reviews are from family/friends of the people who work here.
