Everything about this dentist office was amazing! I had to explain why I was there, and what I've been through with other dentist, and the compassion everyone had made me feel comfort. There was no hidden agenda, and I have a printout about what they are going to do and how much. The fact that everyone took the time to listen, and didn't judge me made me cry in a good way. Please consider this Vale Family dentist office. Also, when my son turns 1 I can bring him there as well. Again, my fears are gone, and with that I'm grateful!

Went in for cleaning and checkup. Everything went smoothly and was totally pain free. Got excellent advice on a few issues. Made my appointment for six month cleaning with the people who took care of me today. Couldn't have been easier

We all are not to happy to see the dentist when we are hurting but these are some of the best great at including you in all aspects of your treatment great music also and the ladies in the front office are amazing .

They are patient and the atmosphere is very inviting. Everyone was great and friendly. This was my second visit and needed some serious work done and they made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy dental office in the valley.

5-10 mins of preprocessing for initial intake. Friendly and upbeat staff. Knowledgeable dds who outlines the diagnosis from the x-rays. Professional higeneist who measured the puffiness of the gums, cleaned the teeth, and polished the teeth. I am uninsured for dental. I was upfront about money and there were no hidden charges.

Overall they do really good work and have excellent customer service.

Their office is in a corner of the building next to the Metro foot and ankle.

My name is Victor and today being 08/28/23 was a great day going to Vale Family Dental. They were really fast with the examination, service was really friendly with all smiles and all questions answered. Could not ask for a better experience, they were really quick on answering every question to mind with thorough explanations. Do not have insurance but they were able to help me out at a affordable price. Could not remember their names but they were nice, quick, and made me comfortable during my examination!! 10/10 Visit for me.
