I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Mariana McNamara at Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Dr. McNamara was amazing—she’s super skilled and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and was so kind and patient with me. The staff there are all really friendly too, which helped ease my nerves. The whole procedure was a lot easier than I expected, thanks to their care and professionalism. I’m really grateful for the great job they did, and I would definitely recommend Dr. McNamara and the team to anyone who needs endodontic work.

Amazing Staff, Very understanding and compassionate. Wife came in with extreme pain and they were able to fit her into the schedule the same day for a Root Canal consult and treatment. Super thankful for the help and Kindness of everyone here !!!

I am completely revising my 5 star review posted in late July. Had 2 root canals w Dr. Mariana, thought all went well. Today had same 2 teeth extracted because of lingering infection between the roots. I am so disappointed! Chose this endo based on reviews and availability. My primary dentist recommended someone else! I should have listened!!

The Dr. Taylor was great. My tooth shattered which was traumatic but kinda expected that due to its condition. He was kind. The assistant that brought me in unfortunately seems irritated and impatient. Her tone was unfriendly. I couldn't understand her questions as she asked them looking away. I had to get her attention to ask her please understand I'm nervous. She seemed to relax a little and became more personable. She disappeared for quite awhile when she returned she apologized for "taking so long". The situation was stressful but Dr Taylor was professional and his experience was calming and he is clearly someone I can trust in the future.

I need an expedited appointment for an extraction and my regular dentist was not available. After an extensive search for available providers who accepted my insurance (Medicare), Valley Endodontics & Oral Surgery on West Ina Road was able to get me in only 4 days after I called. I found them efficient, professional, and courteous. The procedure went quickly and there were no complications. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend them.

Beware! This company has bad business practices. My husband came for an appt and they gave us a quote for more than $2400. When he asked why it was so much and why didn’t they run the insurance the lady at the front desk said, “ we’ll refund you what your insurance doesn’t pay.” Ummmm… no. Needless to say we left and they called us 5 min later and said we’ll run your insurance right now if you want to come back. Well, they ran our insurance and we owed $1,000 less! Why request our insurance card over the phone if you’re not going to run it? Also, how long would it take to receive our money back? There were 3 other customers while we were waiting dissatisfied with the same thing.

My dentist office made the appointment for me, abscess/emergency extraction. From the initial contact forward everyone was so cold and rude. The dentist applied ZERO numbing just THREE SHOTS. The last shot he hit a nerve, the bone, I don’t know. I’ve never experienced such pain. Every dentist I’ve had throughout my life has applied a numbing first. Not here. It was like an assembly line. Get them in, get them out. His assistant was the absolute worst! Small, dark hair, pretty sure she was pregnant. She was soooo rough with me that I finally motioned for her to stop, I asked her “are you this rough with everyone or is it just me” She stared at me silent and then she said “probably”! Unbelievable. Walking out in front of me she pointed to the door and she took off. Dr Marshall. GO SOMEPLACE WHERE THEY CARE AND WANT YOUR BUSINESS. NOT THIS PLACE!!!

I was terrified going to my first appointment here to see if I needed a root canal. After previous dental experiences with pain and dentists not listening, I really thought this would be the same. From the moment I walked in the staff was nice, polite, and very attentive. Once I went back for the exam Dr. McNamara listened to my concerns and answered all questions. Even though they were short staffed due to the holiday it did not feel like it as they continually made me feel like I was the only patient. Dr. McNamara was incredibly gentle and kind. She made me feel like my fears were valid and she numbed me up extra well so I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure. Her lovely bed side manner made going in for this root canal one of my best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this practice.
