I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled the day I walked in. Dr. Chen was amazing. He explained every step of the procedure carefully and monitored my comfort at all times. The staff, Sally, Jessica and Parker, were the best. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made my experience so much better than I expected and so much better than I have received at other medical offices. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

The staff here is very friendly but Dr.Chen was absolutely amazing. He explained to me what my x-ray looked like and why, how the teeth pulling will go and his step by step plan. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. When it came time for the procedure (I had 3 wisdom teeth removed) I was under at 8:30 and was woken back up at 8:50, it didn't take long at all and my pain is not extreme because he gave me something to mange that via IV. He even called later in the day to check up on me and go over the follow up care again. This is a great place to go if you need some extractions. I've been to other dental offices that make you feel uncomfortable but the staff here try to make you feel as comfortable as they can. Would definitely recommend to any and all!

I do not recommend this place for extractions for your kids under 10. I was referred here, by my son's dentist for an extraction. They scheduled the extraction almost a month out, & now that the day is right around the corner I was told he cannot eat 8hrs prior to the procedure. What I don't understand, is why would they schedule his extraction so late in the day (2:30pm). Normally this wouldn't be so bad if his procedure was at 8am, 9am, even 10am, but 2:30pm. I'm basically going to starve my 7year old and deny him of eating the whole day (from 6am until the procedure is complete). I called to see if they had any in the morning, as I did not see this right and they stated that their anesthesiologist doesn't come in before that time. That is ABSURD! if they're going to be doing extraction on kids, they need to have an anesthesiologist available in the morning as kids cannot be fasting for that long.

I don’t give this place 0 starts because the option does not exist.

I scheduled the appointment at 12:30pm.
I was there on time. I was waiting to be seen for 1 hour and 23 minutes and informed the receptionist I had to step outside for a quick call but that I would go back as soon as they were ready to see me.

The call lasted 3 minutes and they came put to inform me that I was ready to be seen. I told the nurse it would take a minute. As soon as I went back inside, they had already passed someone else who had arrived later than me.

When I complained, they only offered to reschedule.

Extremely unprofessional. There are people who work and get paid by the hour. I understand delays happen, but this was unacceptable. I have reached out to my Dentist to ensure this practice is no longer recommended for referrals.

Great service I had my canine extraction done by dr Campbell he did Amazing work, polite and understanding. I was having a nerve breakdown anxiety but dr Campbell and his assistant explained how the procedure goes and l feel relieved. I highly recommend this office for Dental Care.

Very warm, sincere atmosphere. They took really good care of me, in spite of the fact that my issue turned out to be a very difficult one.
One of my teeth to be pulled was very difficult to deaden so they injected pain medicine in it over and over and waiting in between injections. They then adjusted my bill down to an amount I could afford. Who does that? Valley Endodontics and Oral Surgery, that’s who!
