Today my husband and I went shopping for a couch. I will say we were apprehensive about what to buy, as we have 2 cats. Our salesman, Andy, talked to us about our options. He was wonderful, yes, he is a salesman, but an honest salesman. We didn’t want to buy an expensive couch because of our cats and he was more than helpful finding us just the right couch. On top of that, he gave us a great price. We will definitely go back to VCF. Andy went over & above! He deserves a raise!

I furnished my entire house from Value City at West Broad Location…. The first time me and my wife went there, we had such a great experience at this location. Zack was accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was very patient while I figured out what furniture was going to work best in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure things were in order and spent the time needed to get it done right. We were thrilled with the service Zack provided and how he exceeded expectations with the entire process.
So we decided to give them another visit to furnish the rest of the house…the second time was just great as the first. We had Collin and Joe that day, they were fabulous and entertaining as well!. We really appreciated all of the help throughout the process and will definitely recommend this Value City to our family and friends for their future furniture needs!

Customer service was great—but what’s the point if you can’t deliver on time? I waited over a month for my bed, trusting that you’d follow through on your promises. Honestly, I’m beyond disappointed. I put my trust in you, and you let me down. Moral of the story: don’t believe their delivery times—they’re just empty promises

Phenomenal experience purchasing a couch (because of Blade) at this location despite not being able to get our first choice that I stumbled upon just 4 days ago. If you find something you love, whip out your form of payment ASAP. HA!

Our surprising challenge is a short wall around 88." Plus, we wanted a chaise or matching ottoman to kick our feet up & we didn't want to wait weeks or months even if we found something perfect. Blade patiently showed us a variety of couch options & let is know possible delivery dates for each one.

We eventually settled on a powered vs. manual, dual-reclining, wide 2 seater that's only 84" and can be delivered this week! Hooray!

Blade was thorough, knowledgeable & friendly in the best way to these west coast transplants new to the area! Big thank you, Blade, for being such a huge help on our epic, couch quest!

The delivery team was equally awesome & efficient. I very much appreciate the communication on the delivery date, time and arriving on time is a huge plus. Thank you, Gordon & Red!

Great buying experience. The salesman, Sam did a wonderful job. Very informative and was a pleasure to work with. The delivery was prompt & both guys did such a good job removing the old mattress & getting the new one upstairs and placed. Went very smooth! Will highly recommend!
