Make sure you set your appointments at the building if you needto be seen. Do not call for attempts at productive communication.
Anyone west of the river better have Arkansas insurance or lots of disposable income.
Do not waste your time unless you have already been there and it works for you. I called to confirm all my required modifying concerns. Whomever answered the phone assured me that soonercare always accepted, she sympathized with the plight of an 11yr old needing a root canal and being afraid of the dentist. She set the appointment which is never soon enough when your tooth hurts.
Fast forward to a couple of hours before the appointment when we recieve the call saying that everything checked and agreed upon was in fact hollow promises.
I was then given the price of the exam and no assurances as to the actual procedure prices ballpark estimate.
After I promise to write an accurate portrayal of the way we were treated I do finally get a response to my text giving me an estimate which I assure you was out of the average individuals available funds.
I should have driven to Tulsa months ago and dealt with a team that were better at communication. Whichever call service they blamed this on I'm sure is the real villan.

Todays visit was particularly nice. I called expecting them to be closed. I had left a voice-mail early morning informing them that my filling came out. I received a phone call back almost immediately and they said to come on down so they can take care of it. They informed me I missed an appointment for cleaning and that they could take care of that today too. So we did. They did an xray, seen that some other fillings needed attention and she fixed those too. She went above and beyond to catch me up on nesscerary oral treatment that I would have likely forgot to take care of. Thank you!

I believe we have found our forever home, when it comes to Dentist. For the very first time, our son didn't kick, scream, or cry. He is actually looking forward to go back.
The staff is so gentle, and considerate. The environment has minimal auditory and visual stimulations, which is a plus for ASD kids. I would recommend VBDG to everyone, especially for anyone with special needs.

Everyone was very nice, office very clean . Dentist was excellent I had to get 2 extractions along with two lower block injections and didn't feel a thing.
