Dr. Varner and his team are excellent at what they do. Dr. Varner always goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and as pain-free as possible. He also does a great job of going over x-rays, explaining their strategy, and talk you through the reasoning behind their dental decisions. Kind staff. Clean office. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Varner for the last 10+ years and we absolutely love him and his staff. He is a great dentist. I appreciate how honest he is with us. For example, for the last 5 years he has recommended that I need to start thinking about getting a gum graft. I noted it, but never did anything about it. Last summer he told me it was becoming code red and to really go see a periodontist. I did and he was right- if I didn't take action, my nerve was close to being exposed.

All of my kids go here and love it. They get to pick out of the treasure chest at the end and get new toothbrushes and toothpaste and sometimes an ice-cream card. The staff is so good with my kids. We have had cavities filled, teeth pulled, and routine cleanings over the years and I am super comfortable here.

I also want to give a shout out to the office manager, Belinda. She is so on the ball. You will always know what your insurance will pay and what you will owe for any procedure.

The office is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable (they even have cozy blankets when you are getting fillings done), and everyone is so nice and accommodating. I could not recommend them enough!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Varner for almost 8 years now and have never been disappointed! Friendly staff, clean office, and great dental care. Besides bi-annual cleanings, I've also had crowns and fillings done by Dr. Varner with no issues. If you're looking for a dentist in NWA, I would highly recommend Dr. Varner!

I always appreciate the staff at Dr. Varner’s office and both my wife and I have been going for years. The hygienists are friendly and professional, and I know that treatments recommended by Dr. Varner are legitimate and necessary. I have heard that there is a growing corporate presence in the dental market now, and these practices can tend to recommend treatments to meet quotas which might not be necessary. If honestly, integrity, and professionalism are important when you select dental care, you won’t find a more dedicated practice than Dr. Varner.

Dr. Varner is the most professional caring dentist I ever met. I never thought of me looking forward to attend a dentist appointment. But once I sat in Dr. Varner dentist clinic I had no problem on allowing him treated me. I am done with all my dentals treatments and I am so thankful I did it with them.

Dr Varner and his staff have always treated my wife and I with the highest care and respect one could want from a dental or medical professional. The processes in place during the COVID-19 pandemic are both thorough and well-communicated. I especially appreciate this office's keeping up with the newest technology. In my experience, what used to be uncomfortable or painful is now very tolerable with the technology, tools and procedures in use here. Thank you, front office staff for taking care of the insurance queries, referral arrangements and follow-through communications with me. Also, welcome to Maria, this practice's newest hygienist, who took great care of me!

I use to be a patient here. I did not have a good experience. I had fillings done, a crown and the biggest issue I had was when Dr. Varner pulled one of my molars out. He had trouble getting it out which later caused my bite to be off which then I had to get Invisalign to correct it. I would never ever recommend him!

I had a pre-existing filling on one of my back molars and Dr. Varner told me I had to remove the filling and change it as it was not good for my health. To make a long story short both fillings he put in came out, 2 crowns he installed broke and the third gave me constant pain/ sensitivity and caused me to bite my cheek to the point of bleeding. After being a loyal patient for 10 years he told me there was nothing he could do for me anymore when he was the one who made me change my pre-existing filling I had no issues with at all.
