Dr Shively retired this year and Dr chinnam took over his office and patients. I had a terrible experience at my first appointment, where I was rushed through a cleaning and kicked out the door in about as much time as it takes to brush your teeth at home.
The building is the same and there some familiar faces in the office but its a shame they aren't able to offer the same level of care and service. I hope Dr Shively enjoys retirement.

Chinnim apparently bought out Dr Shively's practice when he retired and things are not going well.
I understand she is trying to maximize profits, but the level of care is poor as a result and the office is now poorly run - 20 minutes late for 9am appointments and rushed through a cleaning in 20 minutes - just not acceptable.
Dr shively was the best and I am sad to now have to search for a new dentist since chinnim is no longer offering the good care that Dr Shively has for so many years.

Dr Chinnam and her staff are excellent and I recommend anyone looking for quality care on this side of the hill stop in and see her. She has the latest in high-tech imaging that makes a crown a breeze. With digital radiography, X-rays are quick and easy. Caitlyn is my favorite hygienist there, but they are all really great. It’s a quiet, nice and clean office.

Dr. Chinnam (and her staff) are amazing! I had a crown made and delivered in less than two hours this morning! No multiple visits required. They are very competent and friendly too! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Chinnam and staff are top notch . They provide high quality dentistry with patient centered care in a manner that is personable and sincere .I feel really confident in the care they provide as none of my concern is ever overlooked .They instill a confidence in the clinical expertise they provide and staff truly love what they do !

I’ve been going to Dr Chinnam for almost five years and over this time, Dr Chinnam and her lovely staff have seen me through routine care and also some more extensive treatments, including an implant crown and Invisalign treatments. Through all of it, they’ve delivered professional, quality, supportive care of me and my teeth. Great staff, and a very competent and professional dentist. Dr. Chinnam was able to see me on short notice, and take care of a dental emergency before I left the country for six weeks. I am extremely grateful and pleased with the quality of the work. Very happy to have found my new dentist!
