This is a long review but worth the read as I’ve known the Rampi’s for over 30 years. Dr. Rampi senior and his practice have been my dentistry since I was around 7 years old. As a child, I was in the same Kindergarten class at Bay Meadows Elementary with his son, now Dr. Rick Rampi, and I have fond memories of Mrs. Rampi dressing up as the tooth fairy to teach our class about oral hygiene. His family and my own have been neighbors for 30+ years in the Dr. Phillips community.

For 9 years I have had a slow burn root canal abscess that has been the source of random headaches and ear pain, until the source revealed its self when a purple jolly rancher took the crown off the tooth this summer. Venetian Pointe Dentistry was able to quickly book me to assess the crown, and Dr. Rick Rampi gently informed me he would not be reattaching the crown, and the whole tooth needed to come out. As a physician that has consented hundreds of patients myself, I applaud Dr. Rick for explaining in detail the risks/benefits and rare, but emergent complications that extracting my tooth in the office would entail. He happily explained how many of these he does a week, the worst that could happen, and what my options were in a worst case scenario (but reassured me these were rare and they go great)

The day of the procedure I was terrified. An entire chunk of the left side of my head was being removed (upper back molar) The Venetian Pointe staff (Reina/Stacy!) didn’t miss a beat and assisted Dr. Rick in the most flawless blood draw/coagulation and painless extraction of this problem tooth. The team defined professionalism! My office surgery was 11/10 and felt amazing as that last chunk of rotting old root canal came out!

I am so impressed, and grateful for the care I received at Venetian Pointe Dentistry. I love going to the dentist.Next up for myself is Invisalign!

Venetian Pointe Dentistry is the best office ever!!! The dentists are amazing, the staff is always so nice not to mention the hygienists!! I have never ever had a bad experience at their office and I’ve been a patient of Dr Rampi almost 34 years!!!! If you are afraid of dentists, Venetian Pointe is the place to come!! You will hope for cavities just so you can come back!!!❤️❤️

Dr. Palmer and his team are fantastic! Every time I go to the practice I have a great experience. I recently had an emergency situation and they were able to help me right away. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. An unexpected surprise, I cannot recommend Dr. Palmer and this practice enough!

I’ve been going to Venetian Pointe for about 5 years and I am very happy with the whole office.
From the front staff, to hygienists, to the dentists, I’ve seen Dr Palmer and Dr Rampi, everyone has been great.
I am an admittedly difficult patient with irrational anxiety about dental work and everyone here has been very understanding and helpful.

Dr. Palmer and his assistant was very throughly informed as they were removing the old crown to be replaced with a new crown. They made sure I was comfortable, got a blanket to keep me warm and comfortable always checking to make sure I was fine. I really liked the fact that as they were doing my teeth that Dr Palmer would tell me what was done how much more and what to expect from it all. I felt very confident with this whole experience. I forgot your assistance name but he was wonderful and lots of patience. Thank you looking forward to my next visit when I get the permanent crown in.

I have been going to Venetian Pointe for my dental needs since 1995, the entire staff over the years have been so very accommodating & professional, reliable and trustworthy, Dr. Rampi always has been current with technological advances in the dental field, and equally as important their work has lasting results!!!! My family and I have had a great experience with this practice for the last 2 years! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently, I had a tooth break during lunch. I was so relieved to be fit in the schedule that same day for a temporary crown. Two weeks later I got the permanent one, and it is perfect! Everything was thoroughly explained, painless, and quick. Highly recommend.
