I love Ventura homes and have always had great experiences with them. My husband and I bought a Ventura home in 2020 and we love our home and the continued service we have received. I am writing this as a three year review to vouch for the exceptional quality of my Ventura home. In 2017, when looking to purchase a home in Lubbock, I was not able to find new builds with charm or quality until I found Ventura Homes by Jeff Seal. Quality was the leading reason I chose Ventura but I was impressed throughout the whole process with everything about his product, the company, and what they offered. Jeff backed up his word and his product every step of the way leaving me feeling at peace and confident to this day.
The other Lubbock builders look to Ventura and try to imitate as best they can, but I promise it is not the same. If you want something truly unique, beautiful and built to last, you will have to go with the original. There is no substitute for a Ventura home.

We love our Ventura home! The floor plan is spacious and perfectly thought out. The bonus room offers versatility and the built in work center is brilliant. Ventura Homes offers an amazing experience and outstanding product. The Ventura team works so hard and Jeff ensures all of the details are meticulous. Their professionalism, floor plans and attention to detail are exceptional. Jeff is great to work with and sincerely puts his heart and soul into each house to make sure they are built with quality and timeless charm. I trust them to design a house for my family and recommend Ventura as the most honest and best home builder in Lubbock. Some companies build houses, but Jeff and his team build homes.

Just closed on a new Ventura Home for my clients. Michelle Kauffman (listing agent) did a spectacular job accommodating our requests as buyers. Both her and Eric were extremely thorough during the "blue tape" walk through process. They took the time to reassure us that ALL items would be completed to the buyer's satisfaction. We absolutely love our Ventura Home in Kelsey Park. The whole process, from our initial meeting with Jeff and Amy-Rose to our experiences throughout the completion of the build with Eric and Scarlett have been the best.

The quality and finishes of our home exceeded our expectations and the patience and customer care by all the Ventura staff we shared our experience with goes unmatched in our 2 previous homes.
