I've had a wonderful experience here! My teeth cleaning was very thorough, and all the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I had two cavities removed and they explained every step clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm glad I found this office!

I had been a patient at Victus dental for a while. We were patients at the original location before moving to this location when it opened.....and while the office itself is nice and the hygienists and dentists were friendly and professional, the scheduling was a major frustration. It was always difficult to get an appointment, with availability often 6-8 months out.

In October 2024, I had to cancel a regular appointment, and the earliest reschedule they could offer was late March 2025. Then, in February, they called to say there was a scheduling conflict on their end, and the next available appointment wasn’t until late August—almost a full year after my original appointment.

I understand that some offices are busy, but this kind of delay makes it incredibly difficult to maintain regular dental care. Unfortunately, I am forced to find a new dentist. If you’re looking for a provider with more flexible scheduling, this may not be the best fit.

Dr. German and her two assistants were exceptional. I was seen the same day that I called for an emergency appointment, which was not expected, but greatly appreciated. The front office staff is very cordial, too!
