First impressions are important. The dental assistants in the front office were pleasant. They know and use their customer service skills which is the start a good experience. I had a good experience with Ashley and the others in the back.

Soooooo I have not been to the dentist for 2 years. Covid, changes with their staff, etc. Today I returned and was pleasantly surprised!! Dr. Brooke, Alex, and Destiny were a breath of fresh air.i had xrays and teeth cleaned and polished. I left feeling renewed to keeping up my necessary appointments in the future.

I recently became a patient at Village Dental Center and so far I have been extremely impressed with the care I have received. The staff in both the front and back were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. It is easy to make appointments, and they've been very flexible with rescheduling as needed. They were happy to take my Medi-cal dental insurance and work with me to get the work I needed approved in a timely fashion. I needed a lot of work done and I thought it would take weeks of appointments to finish it all, but Dr. Samaan was able to knock it all out in one appointment with minimal discomfort. I am very happy with the services I received and my new beautiful smile with natural looking crowns.

They charge you for procedures you do not need. Felix and Manurvia are office managers worst attitudes. They tried to bill my insurance company for a procedure as well that they did not do. My insurance informed me of this information. when I confronted them about it they denied it and gave me attitude. My insurance company informed me they requested payment and now they have been reported by insurance company not by me , but Insurance company for suspicious activity. Nasty office as well. Do not go here unless you want to be treated poorly, ripped off!, teeth taken out that do not need to be!! Look at yelp where the real reviews are !

I’m so happy there was a giant banner advertising that they accepted Medi-Cal! That definitely caught my eye and is what ultimately brought me in. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Felix who was welcoming, energetic, informative and kind. Dr. Brooks was also amazing! I have dental anxiety, and she put me at ease right away. I’ll definitely be back!

Village is a 10/10 for me, the staff are friendly and very welcoming, excellent root canal work, clean office, and the family-like environment is the best I love it! They also will work with you to come up with a great dental plan that fits your needs.
