Yesterday I visited Village Dentistry and saw Dr Upton. Twice he took off his mask and talked directly down into my face at a distance of about 2ft in the worst surge of the COVID 19 pandemic. I was in the hygienist’s chair getting a cleaning so I had no mask on either.
