They charge you Hidden fees when they should not be any fees for having a tooth pulled on ahcccs For Emergency dental. The dentist didn't want to pull it because it was infected , he said So they put me on antibiotics well I Got.
Sick off of the antibiotics I let them know and they didn't even help me with new antibiotics. On top of it my appointment?Was set for a month out for them to remove it Instead of doing it then that day. I don't think the front desk lady liked me.So she pushed me out that far. I have gone to a lot of dentist and they have pulled my teeth and then Put me on antibiotics. I don't feel that they are there to help people.I feel that they are there to rob you blind. And if they don't like you , they make you wait in pain.
Please, my best advice.Do not go to them. And if you do mark my words he will try to send you to another dentist.

I had 3 teeth pulled and it was super quick and was the best experience I've ever had with the dentist. The staff were all friendly, kind, caring, and all knew what the were doing, and I'll definitely be going back to finish getting the rest of my bad teeth pulled out and I will be recommending EVERYONE I know that needs dental work done TO VIP FAMILY & SEDATION DENTISTRY!! Just got here and filled out my paperwork and Alberto and the rest of the front desk are so welcoming! I have a positive feeling this will be a great experience as far as dentists go! Worst dentist in town. Got scheduled for an appointment, went in, got checked in, they said I had a payment due, so I paid and when it was time for doctor to see me, they said they thought I was someone else. So after I waited over an hour, they said I needed to reschedule. Well, then I rescheduled for a later date. Two days before the appointment, they called me to reschedule again. Here I am a day prior, and they said that because I didn't confirm the appointment was canceled. That place is a joke. DO NOT GO THERE.

Update after their response.
No, I wasnt called. I was at the window and they asked for my son's name. That is when they said, I had a payment due.
And no one call. I have no records of anyone calling. You probably called someone else... wouldn't be surprised.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Alberto was so considerate and understanding. He made sure to get me in the office same day and then while my insurance was pending he communicated with the dentist and got me the medication I needed until I could get in. My extractions were so fast and comfortable. I always get so anxious going to the dentist and this was hands down the best most caring experience I’ve had at a dentist office. I look forward to continuing my dental health at vip
