I had a first appointment on 9/7/24 and Vidhi was late over 40 minutes. I called twice and left a message.After the second call I heard from her in a text. She didn't offer any explanation or apology. You never get a chance to make a first impression.

This fox rehab is the worst pt ot st in Virginia needs to be shut down they don't even return calls and or keep they word to the patient they were supposed to help with ot one lady they sent car broke down and they order a hand splint from my insurance provider but never brought it in 5 months I was ripped off listen to me so you don't waste your time or your insurance time with this shady company I didn't get the hand splint in 6 months and the boss here regional boss is part of the companys problems wish I had never switched from my old pt ot home services I would have got my hand splint instead of weak pt ot services and the s peach therapy charges my insurance but I never seen them or online kinda a shady company here you can find better in home therapy stay away from fox shady services rehab they will leave you without pt ot st then blame you for they incompetence of not ordering grab bars or helping with hand splint orders and you'll never get the right services at a company called fox rehab thank you for the big incompetence and inconvenience blaming the patient is pathetic poor services and lack of true pt ot help they were sick more then the time I could see them and had very bad planning they complained about they only worked for fox I would ask about hand splint toilet riser grab bars and more but they couldn't come up with why it hook 6 month not to be able to give patient proper advice or help ordering and receiving simple hand splint if your very sick stay away from fox rehab they were worst place I've ever been to in 19 years it's a shame I stayed with poor company cause my friend worked with them I should have left as soon as possible
