If I could give them a zero I would. My daughter has been waiting for an infusion for 3 weeks now. She’s in constant pain from her crohn's disease and has had 2 additional hospital visits while waiting for these people to get their acts together.

My daughter’s doctors office has been calling them daily to get an appointment. So someone is either incompetent or this center is insufficiently staffed. Either way, I have the approval letter from the insurance company since May 3, and not even an appointment from Vital Care today May 21.
