Will never return and I don't recommend coming here. I have been dealing with them for a year now trying to have my daughter's braces put on. I have been working around her school schedule. Finally have the chance to do it and they decide to try and scam me. Ms. Juanita you knew and so did the doctor that when you ran our insurance we were out of network. Never told me. I have full coverage but not at this location. The doctor or clown talked to us about the things my child needed done to her mouth. We agreed to move to the next step. They tell me ran your insurance you're good to go. Schedule an appointment paid $300.00 up front to get started then Ms Juanita says I need to run you're insurance, we'll if I'm good to go why must you run it again. After she takes the payment she says oh I don't think your in network. They pretended they didn't see it which are lies, they even gave me a list the week before of what my insurance was covering and what I would owe. Only to be told after she has collected money that I'm out of network. I was furious. I asked for a refund and told her I will not be working with them. The doctor never comes out to talk never calls or anything he's whispering to her and coaching her on what to say. He offers to pay $1,000, no thank-you my insurance offered more. I asked for a refund they said it would be reversed and returned to my husband's card.It was not reversed and if I sidnt call days later they would have never reached back out to me. She said it now has to be refunded a differnt way it takes 3 weeks. It never was I had to call every other day only to be treated as if I was the problem and I was given the runaround. After that lie she says well i can give you danas email, wrong email had to call again she gave a different email. Finally today January 16th I speak with Dana who never responded to let us know if she received the email with receipts she requested. She sounded like she was being bothered. She states the refund is in the mail, they mailed a check. Why a check why not just return to his card. She never followed up she said she sent it out to the address on the file didn't verify anything. Their all unprofessional, and sneaky and had the nerve to sound irritated with me calling about their screwup. Now my child has to wait again while we work around our schedules. Doctor is a snake and so is Juanita running back and forth lying your face off. Let's not get started on the unprofessional, disgusting girl who pops gum like she's at home all while you're there you can hear her upfront. I heard patients talking a out how she gets on their nerves.

My daughter had her braces done on 8/30/24 and Mrs. Juanita was patient and kind taking time to explain all paper work for her procedure. The facility was also clean as well.

This staff at this location, Center Pointe, is AMAZING. We've came from Huntsville to this location. They are so willing to work with you, let you know what's going on and just all around a great staff. Thank you so so much for doing such a great job finishing my daughters braces and her retainer.
