Was so easy. I had broken a molar and needed it pulled. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour. DR was gentle and explained all the steps. Coming back in a few weeks for checkup and preventative care.

I have never left a bad review before, but if this saves someone... My daughter had ACCCHS Kids Care dental insurance and one of the dentists on her plan was Dr Wainwright. Because he was the closest to our home, we made an appt w/him. He filled 8 or 9 teeth. For her next check up she pretty much begged that I didn't make her go back to Dr Wainwright, so we went to another dentist on her plan. That dentist timidly asked if we had recent dental work done. We answered yes and asked why is he asking. He said all the fillings had been filled over decay. What? My mother, her Grandmother, took her to the dentist we loved and had been going to for years and paid $900 to have all those fillings removed, drill out the decay and then refilled. Seeing that he is still in business, I wanted to warn you all.

Certainly don’t go if you are in a hurry! I made an appointment and waited for a full hour to get in the chair and then waited another 20 minutes for the results of my x-ray (which I was not allowed to see without charge)… doctor was one of the most rude individuals I have ever met (it was almost comical!) and was obviously pushing for me to agree to a procedure that they could charge me for. The offices are unkept and dirty, which is most unseemly for a dentist’s office. Thankful I wasn’t in any pain that required immediate attention! I will never go back again.

I had seen 2 dentists prior and even though my tooth was infected, both dentists wanted me to get a root canal. I told them both how bad my tooth hurt and my jaw and neither one would remove the tooth. The pain was excruciating and I found this dentist while looking for an emergency dentist. He removed the tooth and told me if I'd pain the money for a root canal, I would have had to extract the tooth anyway. Within 2 days of the extraction I feel almost back to normal. Dr. Wainwright is a really good person and a really good dentist.

Do not trust. Dental services are fine, however the billing is skeptical. They took my money on the promise of a refunded portion once insurance pays. Two months later and no refund. Just false claims that its not their fault and that I should call my insurance co. that is your job. Not mine.

My mouth swelled up like I had a baseball in my mouth after breaking a tooth. Dr Wainwright and his nurse were amazing. Got me in, took x-rays and were able to do a procedure for me that would normally be put off a few days at minimum anywhere else I'd imagine. Amazing customer service, professional, caring and prompt. Best dentist in Peoria. Thanks doc!

Great office. Got me in the same day for a horrible tooth issue where I had exposed nerves. Pricing was very reasonable. Especially for a dentist who specializes in more of the emergency calls!
