Had a poor experience with this Walmart. All the pregnancy tests are locked in a cabinet, but there was no button to notify staff that I needed assistance. Ended up telling 2 different employees who called over the intercom 2-3 times that I needed assistance. No one ever came. The pharmacy said I had to ask customer service if they have the key, but the line was very long. Very frustrating that I would have to stand in front of a locked cabinet that contains so many sexual items while customers walk by seeing me. Pregnancy tests should not be locked, in my opinion. The pharmacy should have a key at the very least since they are right next to it. Very disappointing

I visit this walmart location about every other day. This morning, after scanning my items, I discovered I left my wallet home. The associate held my items until my return about 10 minutes later. After paying for my items I noticed my bill was higher than it should have been. In checking my receipt, I discovered I was charged 9.97 for an item that was displayed at 1.87.
I walked back to the hair aisle to check the price and take a picture to show the person at customer service. I always dread interacting with some of the associates at customer service because they are not very friendly, especially if you have a return. But this morning, I had the pleasure of interacting with Julie, who was very kind, friendly and helpful. She didn't hesitate making the adjustment because she could clearly see in the picture that the item was displayed at 1.87. She took ownership of the problem while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer.

Went to check out in self checkout, literally has 16 items instead of 15 items. The lady working self check out told me I had to leave the register and go wait in another line. I told her, I literally may have one extra item. She rudely said I don't care, go to other self check out. It was not busy or a line. Bad enough we have to check our selves out but wth? She glared at me the whole time...even surrounding customers were like what? That's crazy you clearly aren't over and if so not by much. She was plain rude...

The cashier had a terrible attitude and I was informing her about the sell price on the items that I was purchasing then she removed one and told me it was $7.00 dollars when the true cell price was $1.00. Please let me not forget about the black cashier in the pharmacy department. I informed the young lady that I needed some eye drops which I already knew that she had to get. I did get in line,however instead of her getting them she continued helping all the other customers and I was in the pharmacy line. I waited,she never came!

As a former employee walmart in corsicana sucks. The leads and managers there are very disrespectful and they have favorites but it's certain higher management that acts like this not all of them. They will put you at the door to let someone else go to break and never come back to check on you. It was also a headache to work checking receipts because some customers are rude and not understanding about it being your job. The pay is also not high enough to deal with the major disrespect.
NOW as a customer it's no better since before I worked there the employees follow you around and watch you like your stealing I don't know why this is a problem it might be because my wife is black and they seem to watch more because of this. Since I left though it has gotten worse everything I walk in the big managers and the loss prevention woman is always following me. So if you have other options I would choose them. Not all walmarts act like this just Corsicanas because I have no problems with the surrounding walmarts.

The rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. I worked for Walmart for years, and I cannot believe that it is now alright for staff to treat customers this way let alone management. Every single staff member is totally rude, always on their phone , ignoring customers. I just can’t with this place anymore. It sucks. Just yesterday we asked a self checkout cashier a question and he just said “ dude I don’t know” rolled his eyes and walked away. Just go to another store.

Automotive is a joke waited over 3 hours just to be told my vehicle was not getting the new tires they had already sold to me and paid for. Employee proceeded to issue me a partial refund and were refusing to issue the remaining refund. I asked to speak to a manager

Manager Leo and team lead Maria were amazing they fixed the issue and apologized over and over for the inconvenience. They refunded all my money including my groceries that sat there waiting with me for the 3 hrs after the scheduled finish time.
Maria gave me a gift card for my inconvenience, she is the only reason I may consider coming back to this location.

I just spent 111.80 I bought 4 6pk of tea and 4 12pk of tea and a 6pk of hanes boxers went through self check out paid as I was leaving I was accused of stealing very loudly I tried for a few minutes to show the guy my receipt but he kept trying to take me to the office saying my items in my cart were questionable after awhile he finally looked at my receipt and let me go this is very sad for walmart to allow this to happen I would give this walmart no stars if I could I'm gonna see if I can sue for this due to how rude and loud the guy was
