My mouth is worth somewhere between $80-$100,000 with my implants, bone grafts and crowns. That said, I’ve had my experiences with Dentists from all over the world, including San Diego to Pleasanton. I drive all the way from Capitola, California to see Dr. Jerry Wang, who has a very good technique with anesthesia and pain medication and does excellent work. I was recently quoted getting a job done locally at Dientes clinic. They wanted between $1750-$2200 for the same service that Dr Wang charged me $350 for. It is definitely worth the drive to me. Also, there is no place that I felt safer or had more rigorous safety precautions during the pandemic and Dr Wang‘s office. He works closely with Dr. Arnold Jacobs DDS , who saved my entire mouth when I had no biting surfaces other than my front teeth. The two of these dentists together are as good as it gets. It doesn’t hurt to see the dozens and dozens of celebrity and sports star endorsements all over his whole office.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at this office just before covid-19 started. My dentist kept referring me every year, but I hesitated for 5 years. My wife proved to be braver and she did it two years ago (at Dr.Wang office), it went very smooth. I read many horrible stories about wisdom teeth removal, but Dr. Wang and his staff did a great job and it went really well. First the consultation and x-ray, so I knew what to expect. Then the operation to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. They provided clear instructions and supplies to make sure I recover fast. And they also scheduled free visit the week after, to verify it heals properly.
Had a question about payments and insurance, they handled it efficiently to my full satisfaction. BTW, their prices are very reasonable and insurance paid most of them. Highly recommended.

P.S. Read a 1-star review of a person who did not like being charged for the consultation and x-rays. I guess Dr.Wang staff could better explain that a first consultation is "free" to person when their insurance covers it 100% (which does happen in most cases, mine included).

My previous dentist failed my root canal procedure on one of my molar teeth, and left only one third of the tooth covered with a temporary crown. I found Dr Wang for help due to the pain caused by the abscess of the tooth. He examined the X-ray taken by his assistant and confirmed with my request of the tooth extraction. I was nervously sitting on the chair and thinking it might take some time for him to pull out the broken tooth especially those two tiny roots that were almost separated from the tooth crown. To my surprise, it only took him about 10 minutes to clean out all the broken bits! I was amazed to see those tiny tooth pieces were cleaned out in such a short time. I’m very thankful to have found a good dental surgeon as Dr Wang to help me!

I went to Dr. Wang's clinic to remove my two bottom wisdom teeth because they bothered me from time to time. Dr. Wang has a very good reputation. He is very skillful and it took him less then one minute to get the job done. The breeding is minimum. I didn't feel much pain and could eat normal food one day after. I was surprised that Dr. Wang called me in that afternoon to follow up to see if the pain had subsided.

Another thing I should mention on here is that the estimated co-pay was $111 but I was charged only $36.

Dr. Wang is honest, warm-hearted, and skillful. He is the best dentist I've ever met in my life.

For a man that is ungodly afraid of the dentist and I would normal avoid them at all cost, but because of that I had to get a rotten tooth removed from my mouth which sucks on all levels. But Dr. Wang did a great job on my mouth and most of the pain was gone by the next day. So if you need a tooth pulled or implanted or some other oral surgery I recommend Dr. Wang for the job.

Had one ‘normal’ wisdom tooth removed and one impacted one by Dr. Wang. His office was immaculate and staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend him and actually have to some friends who needed oral surgery.

Even working in medical field,I didn't sleep well last night thinking of on coming surgery.The surgery is way better than thought. Didn't feel anything... kind of enjoyment. I joked with my hubby that wish I had another wisdom tooth need to be pulled in the future. lol
