I had my tooth number 5 extracted at Dr. Wat's office. He did a good job and I would have given him 5 stars, but after a week I was scheduled to have a follow up appointment. For some reason my wait was very long and when I approached their front desk, the lady who I asked how much longer I would have to wait was extremely irritated, rude, and unprofessional. After waiting for 45 minutes, I left the office and decided to go to see another dentist.
So, to their front desk lady I would give negative points, if possible.

Hate to write this review but have to. First they worked with insurance and mentioned that my out of pocket was 494 for wisdom teeth removal. I paid before the surgery in February 2022. Now somehow I did not see the claim in MetLife for the whole year so I did not use any general cleaning stuff. Now after 1 year in Mar 2023, I now get a bill for $394 stating that insurance underpaid. Not sure how this is ok for doctor can send a bill after more than 1 year. When I called the office they said they can’t do anything. All I can say is to go to this doctor if you like surprise bills after a year! I roughly remember some other person writing a similar review which I ignored leading to my own peril.

I usually don't write reviews but thought I should give my input and hopefully help the Doctor out. I would have been fine talking to someone about my issues but no one is helpful at the front desk so here we go. The staff at the front office are RUDE and unprofessional. I have really good insurance but the front staff kept telling me I had none. I kept telling them they have the wrong last name for me in their system. Every time I would call to check on the status of my health insurance they would tell me they still couldn't find it and everytime they pulled up my Information they had STILL HAD ME UNDER THE WRONG LAST NAME.... NO WONDER YOU CANT FIND MY INFO..... Then they have the audacity to act like I am the issue and are bothered by my calls. One girl was finally able to change my last name for me and magically all my insurance was there. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment from how long they took to get it together down there. Its been over a month that I had to go back and forth with them. They say they will call you back but never do. They put you on long wait time and when they pick up they are rude. The doctor seemed great at the consultation but the front staff has ruined it for me. I will not be going under anesthesia at a place that has such low standards for their staffs professionalism.

Horrible service! They will not refund the credit owed!! They charged my extra even if when the treatment was covered by insurance. Then they said they will give a check but they have kept me waiting for 2 months.

I have been chasing them for 2 months and they have still now given me my money. Initially they gave a excuse stating settlement is done end of the month only. Now , they have put the blame on doctor stating the doctor needs to write a check and he’s busy in surgery and there’s no time line to get the refund.
This is ridiculous and the office desk is extremely rude.
Do NOT go to them. It’s a scam!!

Dr Wat did an excellent job on extracting my daughter’s 4 wisdom teeth, and removing/implanting an implant tooth for me. The work is impeccable with minimal pain and discomfort in recovery. We are using Dr Wat for our next wisdom tooth removal. We did not have any problems with billing. I’m sorry to hear others have. But, we loved Dr Wat and his work!

This review is overdue!!!! I am a dentist and I only refer my family and my staff to Dr Wat’s office if hey need any extraction surgery or any pathology consultation. Dr Wat took care my brother’s super difficult horizontally impacted wisdom. My patients love Dr Wat even it’s in the most emergency situation. They are always available and very caring. Hands down! Dr Wat and Dr Wat team are the most skillful, most experienced and most compassion oral surgeon I have been working with for the last twelve years! Thank you Dr Wat and Dr Wat!!

Dr. Wat is a wonderful oral surgeon. I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed a month ago, but unfortunately got a dry socket and infection on the right lower side. Ever since then, Dr. Wat has taken care of me almost every other day for the past four-five weeks with my post operation treatment. Everyone at the clinic is generous and willing to help the patients. The entire staff there is friendly and are able make accommodations for their patients. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Wat.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and had a really good experience. Currently recovering, but that's going very smoothly so far. Much easier than I thought.

I want to write a special shout out to Caroline: her bedside manner prior to being put under anesthesia for the surgery, and after while I was waking up, was superb. She made me feel so cared for, and like I was not all by myself back there with strangers. It's not very often that one raves about their dental experience, but she really made the difference for me and my comfort. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness, Caroline. I wish there were more people like you everywhere.
