We Care Dental Phoenix, AZ

Found We Care Dental via google and was nervous about the service I would receive for an emergency filling. From the front staff, dental hygienist, to the dentist, this place is the true definition of customer service and patient care! I didn’t have to wait long to see the dentist and was ushered right into a chair! The staff is extremely friendly and efficient! Big thank you to the intuitive and caring staff. I'm an overly anxious patient with an admittedly irrational fear of the dentist. Everyone was very personable, and Brad (forgive me if I got your name wrong) went out of his way to put me at ease and make the experience not just bearable but almost comfortable. This is huge for me. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who suffer from fear of dental visits.

They have been absolutely amazing with my elderly aunt. She has anxiety with dental work and struggles physically to get around due to arthritis. They are gentle and accommodating with her and do a thorough job. As her caretaker, I am grateful she is in their care and greatly appreciate how they work with me given my schedule constraints. They are wonderful, professional and informative. Thank you!

They are the best dental office that I have found!!! Dr. Munro does beautiful work. I had 2 root canals. One was extremely difficult but she persevered and it turned out to be an excellent job. She couldn't have been nicer! Very compassionate!! Brad is a great hygienist very knowledgeable and kind and also compassionate. He makes the experience a great one. Erma the assistant was also very kind. Very professional! You can't find better care!!!

I got a tooth extracted here today, The lady at the front desk is very welcoming, The dentist was pretty cool also. The experience itself of getting the tooth pulled is very painful and tedious but the dentist listened when I said I could feel pain, The dentist didn't hesitate to give me more numbing medication which is a plus. I Definitely will be going back for all of my dental needs. now I'm just waiting on my prescription because the numbing medication is wearing off.

I have truly never gone into any store, doctor's office, or other type of business that has customer service and been treated so completely like I'm the only person they helped all day. I felt so welcomed there. From the front desk to assistants, my doctor too. Amazing. Actually it was the hygienist is who I spent most of the time with. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease despite my dental emergency. The $29 emergency exam was a lifesaver, and the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my options. I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism, recommended.
