Wednesday, November 1st I had an appointment at the North Dallas location on Northwest Hwy. I was politely greeted by Jodie. Before she got started I explained that I had burns with the whitening gel I received from my dentist. She explained that the product is all natural and using a food coloring product. She asked if the product I used had bleach in it and I told her I didn't know.

I asked about reactions and she told me that 98% of people are fine and only 2% people experience reactions. I probed more about what happens if I have a reaction. She seemed unable to provide any information outside of what sounded like something she was taught in training. I decided to proceed because the reviews I saw were mostly good.

Everything went well. I did start to feel a little discomfort in the middle of the 3rd application. The discomfort returned in the middle of the last short session and it hurt a little but my gums looked fine after the treatment.

The next morning my gums felt sore. When I brushed my teeth it hurt but there wasn't a lot of visible evidence of my gums being burned. I put the mineral stuff on my teeth and gums which stung a bit but nothing unbearable. I did notice some redness on my gums in the front. Throughout the day my gums became more sore. It hurt to eat and I noticed increased sensitivity.

The next night, when I brushed my teeth it really hurt. So I looked at my mouth and I noticed my gums were red around several of my top front teeth and tender on the top and bottom all the past the first molar. I had more of the mineral gel so I put that on my teeth and gums, oh was that a mistake.

My gums instantly started to burn. It felt like alcohol on an open wound. I thought it would cool down like it did at the appointment but it didn't. I didn't keep it on but a couple of minutes. When I rinsed my mouth it looked like my gums were bleeding. I took a qtip and touched where it looked like there was blood and there was blood on the qtip.

The next morning when I my checked my mouth again my gums at the top of one of my top front teeth looked like it had puss and was receding. I attempted to brush my teeth using a soft bristle toothbrush but it hurt so bad that I could only brush the very back and none of my teeth in the front. I have attached all the pictures that I have taken including the before and after pictures I took at the studio.

I contacted customer service to cancel the plan I was on because obviously I'm unable to use their products. They weren't helpful and cancelled my subscription which triggered a $200 charge because the plan I chose included in home whitening. This is a terrible policy because you may not know for a day or two if this product is safe for an individual.

I had hoped after talking the person who contacted me about the service and Jodie the lady who did the service about my experience with whitening that they would have been more knowledgeable. Now I'm out over $300 for one service that caused me lots of pain and the company didn't care at all!!

It was easy in and easy out! Clean and comfortable. My technician was so nice and made me feel comfortable. My teeth were very yellow l!! Highly recommend!! At least 8 shades brighter!

I just gotten my braces removed and it’s been a very long time since I had a whiten treatment. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours. My teeth look great. People think I have veneers because of how much whiter my teeth are. I have another session to get to my ideal shade. I did the 90 min session. It was quite relaxing. Overall, this has been a great experience and i will now make teeth whiten apart of my quarterly self care/dental care.
