Called for appt and kids (2) were able to be seen the next day for check-ups and cleanings. Friendly staff (front and back office), gentle and kind hygienist & dentist. Great overall service! Yes, it’s crowded inside but that’s because they allow you to stay with your child through the entire process which is awesome! See others complaining of long wait times but we were in and out with-in 1 1/2 hour of our check-in so no problems for us.

I had an appointment today at 8:30 in the morning did not get called back until two hours after that only to take some x-rays then to be placed back in the waiting room for another 45 minutes. I was there until 1045. I got very frustrated and left did not even get my son‘s cleaning done The service here is ridiculous. They do not care about your time. They must schedule 20 patients per timeslot because the waiting area was full. The parking lot was full and employees. Just do not consider or care about you at all.

What's the point of them scheduling appointments when they don't have the necessary equipment or adequate enough staff and treatment rooms to be able to accommodate the patients they have scheduled. They double book patients to get MORE money out of the insurance companies because they KNOW they're the ONLY pediatric dentist in a 100 MILE RAIDUS! So patients have no choice but to wait until Wee Dental DECIDES who is or isn't allowed to be treated. Patients wait here for HOURS if their appointment is at 8 they will BE FORCED to wait until the afternoon because of how they CHOOSE TO TREAT PATIENTS WHO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO COME HERE. But they sure do go on their mandatory lunch breaks. Even if EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER THERE CAN SKIP A FEW MEALS DUE TO HOW OVERWEIGHT THEY ARE. The simple fact is they don't care about their patients all they care about is their money. They double and triple book patients and will charge the insurance TWICE because THEY REFUSED YOU CARE!

We had quite a wait. We had a 3 pm appointment and we were in there until almost 6 pm. But the staff was helpful and friendly. They treated my daughter right and her experience was good.

Went to appointment an they hadme in the room inside for 1 hourwithout doing any thing to my child. There excuess was that it was busy there was still 4 kids ahead of my kid. Why the heck give out appointments if they cant keep up with the time.

It’s so inconvenient that the Dr. only wants to work on 1 cavity each visit. My son has 10 cavities so he won’t be done until the end of the year at this point. He’s getting scheduled out every 4 weeks.

Had 10:30 appointment waited 3 hours for a room to be available by the time we were called my son was upset and hungry and had to wait another hour for treatment to be done so we were there forr a total of 4 1/2 hours.

Waited over 2 hours for appointment. Kid out of school the entire time. Their attitude is that you can either wait or go elsewhere. If I try to reschedule, it's a 5 month wait. They suck.
