I visited this location on 8/15/24. Pretty simple check in process and the wait time was not too bad. Amanda was great at helping me. Very nice and very helpful! The only thing I didn't like about the visit was the front desk person. I walked in and she never greeted or ask me if I needed help. I finished some of the forms on my phone, but I wasn't sure if I needed to see her before sitting down in the waiting room or what. She even looked around the computer at me and saw me standing there waiting and just went back to whatever she was doing. She didn't smile or even say hello. I just went on my phone and tried to figure how to complete check in myself. She definitely looked and seemed to not want to be bothered, which is sad considering you are the front desk person. I was going to leave because of that but I was feeling awful and didn't want to drive to another location. Thank goodness the medical staff was so much better! I appreciate that! If you decide to visit here, the doctors and PA's will definitely do a good job at getting you back to feeling better.

My wife and I have each been to WellNow UrgentCare and couldn't have been more happier. We loved the easy online check-in and the short wait when we got there. Lindsey was very caring and her staff was very professional, also. Obviously, we're coming back. Thank you very much!

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. The X Ray was done on the spot. Because of the holiday, each pharmacy was closed. Staff continued to find an open pharmacy for me and helped me through it all. I will definitely revisit when necessary. GREAT JOB!

I was visiting out of town and got sick while I was in this area. I had a good experience while receiving care. The check in was brief, and the wait time was short. I was seen via tele-health, and I felt this process was effective. The facility is nice, but the only concern I’ll share is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t visibly clean and that’s concerning because of the amount of sick people they treat.

Everything seems cool until the bills start coming. This company has a business model that is geared towards taking advantage of people. No one answers the phone about billing. It’s built that way on purpose. If you go here pay cash for your co-pay, never give them access to any debit or credit accounts, and you will be good. Outside of their predatory business model the staff is awesome and the service is good. Leave your cards at home.

On arrival, I didn't realize it would be a 'teledoctor' but was so miserable I was ready for anything. I was very impressed with the technology, felt the diagnosis was thorough and I received the proper care. The technology allowed the doctor to hear my heart beat and lung function,see inside my infected ear,etc and make me feel 'seen' and properly diagnosed. The staff was very courteous, the facility was clean and my visit was timely.

The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The NP Amanda was very professional, and gave me time to explain what was going on with my body, she also took the time to explained the medications that would be prescribed to me. Overall I rated my experience a 10.

The office was very nice, clean, up to date and comfortable. The wait was tedious. BUT had i gone to an actual hospital emergency room the wait would have been double or triple in length. So it was worth it. I would suggest doing away with "appointment" times as they are meaningless. Just do first come first serve. Cause that's pretty much how they work. Might help in calming folks down who wait for hours anyway.
The staff were amazing! So kind, in such a busy atmosphere. Overall it was worth the wait!

They do not honor their scheduled appointments in a timely manner.

My appointment was for 5:40 I arrived at 5:30

It is now almost 7:15 and still haven't been seen.

If you have a choice go to a different place

Everyone was kind understanding and helpful! However you need to address the cleaning company who obviously isn’t cleaning! . The room I was in had dirty floors, spider webs and trash.
The NP left the room twice to retrieve needed supplies!
Being a retired OR nurse had she an assist I would’ve been done so much sooner. The staff was plentiful but seemed to not understand their job description.
The NP was wonderful, calm in her position.

Very disappointed… A lady got another worker to over hear me and a lady’s conversation about a question and the lady proceeded to have a disrespectful chat with me that was not needed. This place needs help it sucks and so does the smell. I’m not trying to sound dramatic but seriously dude. I honestly don’t see how it has 5 stars, terrible!
