Dr. Habib and his assistant Phyllis were absolutely amazing, they were kind and informative, and had a good sense of humor. The office staff were welcoming and kind, helping me with my paperwork. They also secured an emergency appointment with the oral surgeon, for a painful tooth. They made me feel important, like I was the best part of their day. I can't say enough about how wonderful the service was.

Today's service was absolutely perfect. I went in for treatment for a cavity and I left in happy tears. Not only did the staff treat me with kindness and respect but the service I received was exceptional. Being a busy wife and a mother I often put others before myself and trying to squeeze in self care time is very difficult. I almost cancelled today's appointment thinking about my son's birthday and Christmas around the corner but I'm so glad I didn't. I love this dental office and all the staff. I'm glad you haven't retired yet Dr. Mooreshed. The world still needs good doctors like you.
Happy Holidays!

West Coast Dental has a wonderful staff, from the front desk to X-rays and the doctor. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed the atmosphere. My time at this establishment was in and out. Jojo, Phyllis and Dr. Morshed are awesome, they explained everything to me in detail and they were very patient. I recommend West Coast Dental 100%.

This has to be by far the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The wait was long but that was only because the ct scan my son needed was handled by one person due to a short staff. I did not mind waiting only because how sweet the staff are. I would definitely go back even though the drive is 40 minutes away.

West Cost Dental is a really good dentistry. Dr. Marshed is really good and observant she knows what you need to get fixed, along with her assistant Monique who is kind and friendly she really helped mr feel comfortable. I am a nervous patient and they help me stay calm and go through the process, especially Phyllis, she was patient with me in my X-rays since I gag a lot for that. I appreciate the entire staff and good service. Well Recommended.

I had a great experience here. The doctor and dental assistant are very nice and thorough with explaining what they will like to do and walk you through everything about to be done. In addition to everyone here being extremely nice and easy going. The atmosphere is wonderful thanks to the front desk staff, as well as those who work with insurance being very mindful and helping anyway they can.

I recently visited West Coast Dental of Long Beach, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and service I received from the entire team. From the moment I walked in, Dulce at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and attended to me right away, her customer service was Outstanding!

Karina, who took my X-rays, was fantastic at easing my nerves and made the process quick and comfortable. Then, I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Habibi and his assistant, Phillys. They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing my dental concerns and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood my treatment options.

Javier, the Floor Supervisor, ensured everything flowed smoothly, making sure I was taken care of at every step. Finally, Annabelle, the Treatment Coordinator, clearly explained my insurance coverage and the treatment process, making everything transparent and stress-free.

On top of the outstanding service, I absolutely love the new renovations to the office! The updated space feels welcoming and modern, which added to the overall positive experience.

This team truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. If you're looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend West Coast Dental of Long Beach!

Probably among the worst dental experiences we’ve had. Came with my father with an appointment for 10am. The place was completely packed (definitely overbooked). It wasn’t our turn to be seen until 50 minutes later. Then we were told they could only do an X-ray today, no time for exam, and for cleaning we need to come back another day. Also they can’t confirm our insurance so if we took the x-ray, it’d be at risk of paying out of pocket if the insurance doesn’t wanna pay later. The whole thing was just one big WTF. Everywhere I’ve been throughout my whole life as a new patient, it’s been x-ray, exam, cleaning, all in the same appointment. It’s not that hard and it doesn’t take that long, come on! Why book your patient for an appointment when you got no time to do anything and you can’t confirm their insurance coverage? We left upon hearing what they were up to. From my experience, when a healthcare provider shows no respect and ethics for your time, they probably have no respect and ethics for your care either. Steer clear of this place and save your time and a headache.
