I came in for an 8 AM appointment for my two-year-old &, I showed up about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK because they have a 15 minute grace Period..

My two-year-old tends to have a difficult time with people just checking her mouth, but she did her best and the staff was so understanding & Amazing and extremely patient.

They did very well with the cleaning and it was super fast
She got a cool Oral-B electric toothbrush afterwards
And then we were given extra regular toothbrushes, floss & toothpaste for the whole family too

We were out of the office by 9 AM with new appointments set for the whole family.

It was a great Saturday morning . It was a very fast experience.

do not go here. Under no circumstances, should anyone waste their time going to this place. I arrived at 10:30 for an 11 AM new patient appointment. My intention was to get a cleaning. Prior to even stepping foot in the place, I had completed an online registration form that included my insurance information. The attendant at the front desk said that they had to contact my insurance, and that I was simply waiting to be seen by a dentist. I watched that entire waiting room empty. I did not go back to get x-rays until 1 o'clock. After I got x-rays I was sent back into the waiting room. I was in the waiting room until about 1:20. I'm finally in a room with with a dentist, this woman does not introduce herself, does not give me any information on what was going on in the x-rays. Instead she is reporting to an attendant who is sitting behind me on a computer. Saying her recommendations are a night guard, wisdom tooth extraction and bone grafting, and a gum wash and cavity filling. Mind you she'd never once explained to tell me that these were her recommendations and why. She leaves the room and the attendant repeats this information to me offering no more insight. I explained to him that I really just came in for a cleaning, I am dissatisfied with how long I had to wait and this entire experienced so whatever recommendations they have outside of a cleaning I won't be doing here.

He explains that someone needs to come in to talk to me about my insurance( the insurance info i had registered a day earlier), and I proceeded to wait in that room alone for an additional 10 minutes. I ask if anyone was going to come to clean my teeth or have a conversation with me? Another person insisted someone is coming but at this point I've had enough and I just decide to leave. The room is was in looked unclean and dusty. In the other room a worker was complaining after a a patient left that the room smelled like fish-- maybe had been eating in there or something I don't know? It was an elderly man who have been waiting for hours to be seen so I really don't blame him for eating. Why do I know it was an elderly man? No semblance of privacy at all

In total, I spent about four hours at this place, and unfortunately I can tell that the demographic they serve is largely black, Latino, and elderly-- demographics of people who strongly lack advocacy in medical spaces. I found this entire experience deplorable and the care received here unacceptable.

I end up speaking to dentist friend who said it is not standard practice to have a bone graft, unless you articulated that you were experiencing pain or bone loss. Anyway, dont go here.

Staff are super friendly. The Dr (I forgot to get his name) that saw me was super gentle and kind. He noticed I was nervous and kindly told me to relax and it was okay. The dental assistants were all super kind and gentle too. I had to take my piercings off and the girl even tried to help me it was super cute! Lol even the treatment coordinator was sweet and understanding. Definitely coming back and hoping they’re all there for my next check up.

My daughters and I love this place because they are always so welcoming, so kind, gentle with my girls and the doctors are very careful when doing any work on my daughters. The staff for my experience is very friendly. I’ve been here since I was little and now I bring my daughters and so happy to do so! Best dental office. Thank you to all the staff and the doctors that take care and are careful with my kids.

They have absolutely terrible wait times here. I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment at 3pm and I’m still waiting over 60 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous. They let walks in before me and even people who showed up after me. If you value your time (because they definitely don’t) please find another place.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I went for my new patient appoint at 945am reaching 15 mins early. They made me wait for 45 mins to get the X-rays and then another 2.5 hours to get to the physician. During the intervening period, I checked multiple times with the front desk and the response was waiting for a room. After almost 3 hours since I arrived, they sent me to the room where I was made to wait another 45 mins. The doctor spent 2 mins reviewing and then left. I told the junior doctor I have to leave since I have been waiting for over 4 hours. They didn’t even bother to apologize or call back to reschedule.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received at this center. The people in the front office were all very kind and professional. Wait time was ridiculous, I got there 15 minutes early and was called in 50 minutes later. I couldn't stay to discuss insurance (they took so long I had to get back to work) and someone was supposed to give me a call about cost estimates.... after calling three times, and this person being supposedly send an email 2-3 times, I never had someone reach back out to discuss costs with me. I am eating with one side of my mouth right now and was told I need a bone graft. I would go somewhere else if I could, but unfortunately I am stuck with them because of my insurance for now. Three weeks later, and I am still trying to get a call back about costs.

Update 4 weeks later: I was still very disappointed with the wait time. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, but I had to wait over 45 minutes to be called for one visit, and over an hour to be called in for the second. If you HAVE to come to this place, take off more time than you would expect. Other people even went up to the counter to complain about the wait times and others (like myself previously) had to leave without being seen because they had to go back to work. When I was called back, they did not know ehat I was there for. When I complained, I heard a hygienist say to someone else “These people expect too much, we need to lower the standard.” If you are not willing to provide good patient care, don’t be in business. If you can at all avoid coming to this place, do it. Service sucks.
