Horrible dentist, I made a mistake by going to this place, I had a infection on a crown which is right next to my wisdom teeth that needed to get pulled they pulled the wisdom teeth for $900 and said we will leave the infected crown to see if the wisdom teeth being gone might make the crown infection to go away. So here’s where the real problem starts. I told them I am allergic to ibuprofen and they prescribed me Motrin which is the same thing! And I found that out when I went to Walgreens to pick up my antibiotics and pain medicine. So I didn’t have anything for the pain and I was in a lot of pain! I called them they finally got the dentist to approve something for the pain I’m aloud to take, and their 3rd party wasn’t approving the pain medicine advising me to go to the ER if I’m in this much pain after calling them 5 times and telling them I’m not going to the ER you guys need to figure your guys stuff out I’m in pain!!!! I highly recommend looking up reviews before going to this place.

I waited an hour before being seen. My Dentist was friendly, and the rest of the staff was also welcoming. The timing between my X-ray and seeing the doctor was good. However, the wait for my dental filling was another long delay. The young lady was so tired by the time she got done that no fluoride treatment was added. She asked my age and told me I didn’t need it. The office assistant reviewed my treatment plan. I did not sign any paperwork until after my procedures were done, and I was ready to leave. I was not offered any documentation to understand what was performed that day. When I asked, I was given a treatment plan I didn't understand. The terms were not simplistic. They were dental terms and codes. I believe this dental office tends to overbook appointments and add additional services to maximize their profits from patients instead of booking an appropriate number of appointments, allowing their staff more time to perform the dental duties without rushing through them. I felt my dental fillings were rushed. My appointment was at 1pm, but I was seen at 2 pm and didn't leave until 5 pm. I would have appreciated an explanation of what to expect when filling cavities. Also, it would have been nice to be told what type of toothpaste and toothbrush I needed and what kind of care was needed to prevent those cavities. I also needed any additional information specific to the problems with my oral care. Usually, you’re sent home with a bag of goodies like a toothbrush and toothpaste, but that didn’t happen. You could sense that everyone was overworked, tired, and ready to go home.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. The dentist clearly didn’t care about my concerns or comfort during my visit. They were dismissive, rushed, and didn’t take the time to explain the treatment plan or options thoroughly. It felt like they were more interested in getting me out the door than actually addressing my issue.

On top of that, the staff seemed unorganized, and the overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. I left feeling unheard and still in pain. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I had my appt at 3pm waiting wasn’t too long at all Ryan helped with my X-rays he was so easy with me I have gag reflexes and he explained everything to me and was very good with me! Dr.A was great explained everything to me what I need and his suggestions for me! The ending was great at check out with Michelle with my insurance she took time to explain in detail what I need to do and what insurance will or will not cover! I already recommended my Bestfriend Chearelle here she should be calling today to schedule her appointment!

This dental office has a caring and friendly staff and dentists. It's very clean and they show kids movies in waiting area. Sometimes the wait can be long. All in all I think this dental place is great.

They do not know how to make appointments. There waiting hours is too long. I have an appointment at 4'o clock. Around 5'o clock they said we forget your check -in.
Please make humanity above all not Money above all. Time is equally important for Doctors n Patient too.

I was disappointed with my experience at western dental. I walked in with a chipped tooth, needing a simple fix before an important business trip the next day. Despite their website promoting emergency care and same-day treatment, I was told I needed a full exam first, with no guarantee of treatment on the day of the evaluation.

This seemed contradictory to their advertised services, especially considering the office was quiet with no other customers present. It felt like they were more interested in upselling than addressing my immediate need. While I understand the need for a full exam, the lack of flexibility and immediate care left me frustrated, feeling like a minor issue was being treated as an inconvenience.

I'm concerned about how they would respond to a true dental emergency if they are unwilling to handle a relatively simple chipped tooth. I hope they reconsider their approach to emergency care and prioritize patient needs.
