I asked my daughter to look for a dental/orthodontist place. She started seeking for a place and of all the reviews she went through, she picked this one. She was right, out of all the places I've ever tried for dental care, I love this one. WEST COAST DENTAL. Very professional, clean and efficient. Everyone treats you with care and respect. Plus the prices and payment plans are not bad at all. 😁🫶🏽👌🏽👍🏼

I was a first time patient at this new facility. Reann, Violet, Delilah were very friendly helpful and courteous. Dr Garcia was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have recommended this dental office to my family and coworkers.

Dr. Garcia is very nice and is kind with your mouth. He explains what is going on. The staff is very nice and the place is Bright and very clean….my insurance helped me find this place. I’m so grateful.

I would not recommend this business in any way, shape or form. To summarize, my cleaning experience with this business lasted 2 hours and 27 minutes from appointment start time. There is no respect for your time whatsoever. I was called back 24 minutes after my appointment start time. After completing an orthodontic consultation and x-rays which lasted about 20 to 25 minutes, I was sent back to the waiting room. I waited in the waiting room for an additional 45 to 50 minutes before being called back for my cleaning. The entire cleaning process lasted no more than 30 minutes. If you respect your time and expect a punctual experience, this is not the place for you.

In addition, I filled out the patient information before the appointment. The morning of the appointment they call me to tell me that they do not have my insurance information. After informing the receptions that I filled out the information online, they told me their online system was not working. I let them know I would call them back shortly with that information. After calling them back, the receptionist told me there was no one available to take this information. They let me know someone would call in 20 minutes or less. No one called back.

Having used a number of dental services across the United States over the last 20 years, I can safely say this was my worst experience. I recommend taking your business and time elsewhere.

My experience was great. They did everything in one visit! I would have never gotten this service anywhere this rapidly. Most people don't realize that when calling to make an appointment, you're not speaking to the staff in this office. You are speaking to West Coast Dental main office. That's the reason it creates miscommunication, appointment mistakes, and overbooking.

Don't come here. My kids had an appointment at 8 am and 830am . We checked in at 750am. They didn't get called until 9:03am, and that's because my wife had to go ask to the front reception. This is not the first time this has happened to us. The only reason why i have to keep coming for now is because the kids have contracts till October. So if you like to wait an hour + after your appointment time to be called, this is your place.

Loved it the wait was a bit long but only because my insurance needed to be verified . They got straight to work and did multiple fillings. I am recommending my family.
