I recently visited #1 West Park Dental, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff greeted me with friendly smiles, making me feel right at home.

Doctor was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to explain each step of my treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated the emphasis on patient care.

The office was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in the services provided. I also loved that they offered flexible scheduling options, making it easy to find a time that worked for me.

Overall, my experience at the office was fantastic. If you're looking for a reliable and compassionate dental practice, look no further!

This place is awesome. The front desk staff are very nice and answer all of the question and concerns with a great smile on their faces. The doctor is very clear and thorough with the plan of treatment and recommendations. The assistants were very nice and make sure that I am comfortable with the procedure. Highly recommended and I am really happy with my first visit with them.

Booking my first appointment at this location was straightforward, but my experience quickly turned disappointing. While the receptionist was friendly on the phone and in person, the overall service fell short.

During my dental check-up and cleaning, I was expecting a thorough evaluation, especially since I mentioned my wisdom teeth pain. Unfortunately, they failed to address my concerns adequately. All I received was a cleaning and an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, which they later informed me they couldn’t perform after I had already prepared for it.

This practice lacks proper evaluation protocols. I specifically mentioned the discomfort in my wisdom tooth area, but it was overlooked. There was a staff member, Tiffany, who seemed disorganized and unqualified to make critical decisions about my treatment. She prompted me to undergo x-rays and set up my extraction, only to later be told that one of my wisdom teeth was too close to the nerve for the procedure to be safely performed. During this discussion, Tiffany's dismissive remarks about my situation were unprofessional and rude—especially after I had taken time out of my day to be there.

Additionally, another staff member overstepped by exhausting my insurance benefits through unnecessary x-rays for a surgery that never happened. There appears to be a significant disconnect in the efficiency and coordination within this office. While the doctor himself seemed kind and approachable, I never had the chance to receive his care directly.

I also expressed a willingness to pay out of pocket for some of the evident damage to my teeth, but I was met with hurdles in getting a straightforward quote.

To top it all off, my attempts to obtain an itemized receipt have been met with frustration. The person I spoke with, V, claimed I would have to wait indefinitely. This lack of organization and accountability needs to change.

I urge others to consider this review seriously and be cautious in their decision-making regarding this dental practice. They must improve the quality of care and communication with patients.

To the owner of this dental practice (kelly) I would have loved to email you but your staff V refused to provide me with an email and mentioned you are the only person that can pull my itemized recite but yet called me back to tell me what services they provided making no sense whatsoever I urge you to be the person to email me back
