Receptionist Jackie (so she said that was her name) didn’t take us in because they only see adults. When I called to book an appointment they asked for son’s date of birth (clearly a child). When I mentioned that, they blamed it on corporate. But they had called me in the morning to change my appointment time from that office (not corporate) asked me for his date of birth again and never said anything about his age. I asked to speak to the manager and she was the manager. They also had this outside this office. I drove from far just for that. So incompetent …

I would recommend this dentist was seen as an emergency walk in appointment and was able to get scheduled the next day for treatment and have the following treatments. The hygienist is very lovely she was very gentle with everything and explained my aftercare. The front desk was so helpful explaining everything with me insurance to treatment plan.

As soon as I walked in Jaquie the front office received me with great customer service. Agatha was amazing very polite and attentive, Dr Sean was great! Karlee the hygienist went above and beyond my expectations on my cleaning. Thank you guys you all did a fabulous job. Definitely recommend.

I love this place! Everybody in western dental is very friendly,& professional.. The doctor she made sure I was comfortable thru my whole procedure..

The experience was terrible both in terms of treatment and service. The supposed “Manager”, Jacquie, showed a total lack of knowledge about the services they offer. She didn’t even know that they served children or why there was a sign outside the clinic. Despite this, they accepted our appointment and she confirmed it herself. If you want to avoid a bad experience, I recommend staying away from these clinics.

The staff was really helpful and guided me through the procedure they offered me. Jackie was nice with helping me book the appointment and the Doctor helped me understand my oral health better.

Nobody here knows how to do ANYTHING! I agree ? % with these other reviews which point out how unprofessional the front desk btchs are. *Worst most unprofessional dentist office I've ever had to deal with *Would give 0 stars if possible The office manager put me on a payment plan and I'm getting charged EVERY month for services which they can't even provide!! How is that legal WHY did she put a root canal in my contract if their dentists on site both say they don't know how to do root canals!! *I'm being charged for a root canal, And then was told "oh we don't have a dentist who knows how to do that" * I'm being charged for a crown which I never received * Conflicting dentist opinions, 1 dentist said I needed a crown then some other dentist who I had never met before came over and told me I just need a filling, not a crown .... * I'm still being charged for a root canal AND crown -- I've never received either one. *The front desk scheduled me for an appointment for a filling on 7/5 -- when it turned out their office was CLOSED THAT DAY!! That's how incompetent they are!! I have an appointment card for 7/5 They make appointments for days when the OFFICE IS CLOSED, THEN THEY FAIL TO RESCHEDULE, AND THEN MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE THE PROCEDURE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN ON 7/5 * After CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT for the filling I was told the office manager would call me to set an appointment * I NEVER GOT A CALL TO RESCHEDULE **I was TOLD BY FRONT DESK THAT I'D BE ABLE TO SIT DOWN WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER AND REDO MY CONTRACT WHICH THEY MESSED UP, SHE NEVER CALLED LIKE THEY SAID SHE WOULD * I JUST CALLED WESTERN DENTAL AND AGAIN, THEY'RE ALL SO INCOMPETENT THAT THERE'S NOT A SINGLE PERSON WHO WAS ABLE TO RESCHEDULE MY FILLING * I WAS TOLD THAT I'D BE ABLE TO REDO MY CONTRACT WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER SINCE I'M GETTING CHARGED FOR SERVICES THEY CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE--- AND OF COURSE THAT NEVER HAPPENED. EVERY TIME I CALL, NOBODY HAS ANY IDEA HOW TO DO ANYTHING Front desk is worthless and not helpful at all Call center is even more worthless and a huge waste of time. Since the office manager NEVER called me to reschedule my appointment, LIKE I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD, I had to call. When you call the number listed for the Indian School Western dental, it sends your call to a call center--- where they DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF THAT CALL CENTER IF THEY CAN'T DO THEIR JOB AND RESCHEDULE SIMPLE THINGS SUCH AS MY FILLING

Zero stars if I could. This dentist office is by far the WORST one I've ever been to. Let me start off with the professional atmosphere. IT IS NONEXISTENT. The girls at the front desk are so unprofessional and have attitude with you if you need help understanding anything. I suggest management to audit these girls so they could see for themselves the horrible customer service they give out. Secondly, the orthodontist is only in on Fridays, which is so hard to work out with my work schedule. I suggest anyone looking for a new dentist office to go somewhere that has multiple orthodontists or more availability. I am so appalled by the treatment I've received from this place. If it wasn't for my contract, I would run far far away from this place.
