Absolutely unacceptable experience at Westview Dental Clinic! I had an appointment at 11 AM, arrived on time, and yet I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before even seeing the doctor. That’s bad enough, but it gets worse. After injecting anesthesia and starting the deep cleaning, the doctor left me sitting there for over 25 minutes to go treat someone else! I was there for more than 2 hours for nothing. The doctor was all alone taking care of at least 3 patients at the same time and seemed so nervous.

How is this okay? They have the audacity to charge $50 for a no-show, yet think nothing of wasting their patients’ time as if our lives revolve around their poorly managed schedule. My time is just as valuable as theirs, and this level of disrespect is infuriating. I’m beyond disappointed— i won't return to this clinic

HORRIBLE place to have your dental work done. I first went to Westview Dental in August of 2023, I made my first appointment and we agreed on a treatment plan which involved a $3,500 down payment.

3 months after my first appointment, they would not schedule me for another appointment, despite my numerous calls to the operations manager (Catalina). Finally, they arranged an appointment but when I arrived it had been cancelled, because they told me I needed to see a specialist first who is only there on Saturdays. During my first appointment there, I made it clear that I was unavailable for any appointment on weekends due to my work, which Catalina told me would be fine.

Another 2 months went by and still no appointment. When I called after many, many attempts and finally got through to them, I was told that if I wanted an appointment with the specialist during the week, I would have to drive to a location 100 miles away, a two hour drive. So I told them no, that's too far, and I would like to cancel.

I requested my down payment back since they could not get me an appointment. After a years worth of calls to Catalina, I still haven't gotten any further than her telling me she has submitted the request. Over and over, she would tell me this. I have audio recordings of her telling me she would get me the money back within a few weeks. Now I am forced to hire an attorney after over a year of dealing with this. After reading through some of these reviews, it seems I'm far from alone with these issues. I've even contacted other patients who are willing to testify against Westview. Don't go here.

Excellent service. I had 8 cavities and felt no pain with the removal. Waiting on more work... bone graft, implants ect. I already feel comfortable for what's to come... quality work

Westview Dental Care is my favorite place I have ever been. People hate go to the dentist, but definitely it is the highlight of my day when I have to go! I love this place. I love everyone in the building. Everybody is so nice and helpful. Great community. It would be a great place to work if I would have my degree on this field. Don’t let your change get out of your hands & make an appointment RIGHT NOW if you need to see a dentist for any reason. You won't regret it! Let’s gooo!!! <3

I have really sensitive teeth, and Dr. David is always careful to make sure I won’t experience pain. Everyone on staff is top-notch. Catalina, the manager, is sooooo sweet and accommodating, and we also love Danery, who I believe is a dental assistant. Danery, Catalina, and Dr. David are all so nice to my entire family, especially to my infant son. We will definitely be bringing him to Dr. David as soon as he gets teeth!

The office staff and dentist are welcoming, knowledgeable, and are willing to work with you during your treatment process. I can’t recommend this place enough. You have to try it.
