I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Whole Foods location , specifically with a cashier named Sophie. Her behavior was not only rude but also disrespectful, and it left me questioning whether this store values its diverse customers.

While I was at the checkout, I tried to use my phone to scan my Amazon Prime membership. Sophie insisted it “didn’t make a difference” and kept arguing with me instead of letting me type in my Prime number. Her attitude felt unnecessarily confrontational, and her tone was dismissive. It was as though she was intentionally making the experience difficult.

What’s even more concerning is that her behavior seemed targeted, as if it were directed specifically at me as a person of color. This made the interaction not just frustrating but deeply uncomfortable.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are. Experiences like this make it hard to trust that this store is a welcoming space for everyone.

This location makes sure you are taken care of when it comes to grocery shopping. Covered parking available as well as street parking. Wide range of product with wiggle room so you don't feel suffocated while shopping. Vast hot bar and an active restaurant inside. Staff were helpful and approachable. Has niche selection, might not have what you're use to (they don't sell Snickers) overall amazing environment, clean and well put together. I'm coming back for sure !

Customers of this store are not sanitary at all when it comes to the hot bar and dessert cases. This is a consistent thing. They should put signs up because obviously these people need reminding-it’s adults who are using their bare hands to grab food and they touch other food. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this behavior at a Whole Foods.

Also came for lunch, at 1:40…and there isn’t really any food at the hot bar so I wasted my time driving over here…I would expect it to look like this closer to close opposed to about two hours after noon….people don’t all eat lunch at exactly noon.

I stopped by this store on Saturday at 11:00 AM to pick up three sandwiches from the deli. The man behind the counter let me know that three could not be made because he did not have ciabatta rolls. Now keep in mind, this is about 30 feet from the bakery where I had just stopped and looked at packages of ciabatta rolls. I asked for a manager and the "manager" for the day came and basically said they could not make sandwiches. I used to shop at this store on a regular basis, and the loss of me as a customer will not be a great loss, but I will not be back, especially after being laughed at the by one of the guys working the pizza counter as I walked away.

This is a great market. Whole Foods has all sorts of things! Vitamins & minerals, shampoo & personal hygiene products.

This market carries organic & non organic products. They have fresh produce & fresh flowers. Meats, seafood, diary & vegan products. All kinds of spices. They have everything that a supermarket has & more. They have hot & cold food, which you can buy & eat there or takeout. The customer service at Whole foods is outstanding!

They have catering for your home or business. A large parking lot adjacent to the store. There are many good restaurants & coffee shops near this store. They have a brand called 365 which is Whole Foods own brand. I know you will appreciate this market,so give it a try! Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Every time I came back, the place seems to improve and impress. My favorites are still here, plus many new items. Keep up the good work. Also every one wears masks here even though it’s voluntary. The checkout is a bit problematic. Few cashiers and long lines. Slow and indifferent service. What a pity
