My first appointment at what was previously Velk Dentistry, now Wildomar Smiles Dentistry, was great! I'm one of those with a fear of dentists and was used to the Velk Dentists. The atmosphere remains welcoming and is personal - you're not just another patient. From Alyse (new) at the front desk, to Martha (my same delightful dental hygienist) to the new Dr. Samira - it was a great experience.

In the past few months I found this office and Dr. Samira Fares. For the first time in a long time I feel completely at ease going to the dentist. I appreciate how relaxed and thorough everyone is in the office.

Dr. Fares and the whole staff here is amazing, friendly and kind. I appreciate Dr. Fares being so thorough and detailed in her work. I completely trust the care I am getting here and appreciate the way everyone here treats each other and their clients. Everything from communication about appointments, handling insurance, and the dental procedures themselves are all smooth.

Dr. Fares will always take the time to do what is right for you. Thank you all for what you do. I don't know if you all even realize how good you are at what you do, but you are awesome.

I have been going to Dr. Fares for years and would follow her anywhere. My daughter has exclusively seen her since she was 2 (and she’s 18 now) and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. She has a light touch and always explains everything she’s doing thoroughly but in a way you can understand. Going to the dentist is never fun but with this team we never mind it - highly, highly recommend!

Omg!!!’ Dr Samira is AMAZING!!!! I thought I was going to need a root canal and she assured me she can fix my tooth in a less aggressive procedure and wow! No pain, at all. I’m able to eat again. I highly recommend Dr Samira and Velk Family dentistry, they ate honest and friendly.

I am very happy with my visit at this office. I had gum sensitivity and pain and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Koushyar (Dr. K) was fantastic! He resolved my issue, answered all of my questions, had great bedside manner. I appreciate doctors who take their time and are honest about the wellbeing of their patients - Dr. K is one of those docs, and I’ll definitely come back to see him! Thanks doc.

Also, a big thank you to Julie, the best dental hygienist I’ve ever encountered. I can tell she’s had years of experience and she gave me so many new tips about my teeth cleaning that I’ll be using moving forward.

This review is long overdue, I just want to say how much I like this practice. They are highly professional, and they really care about you; since I started going to Dr. Eric and Angela Velk's office I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist, they really made me feel comfortable, and with confidence regarding the treatment that Dr. Velk suggested, not like other practices that make you an endless list of jobs you “need” just to make the bill really big. I really liked the family atmosphere, I felt welcome from my first appointment. Allison, the office manager, is very kind, and always helps you with any questions you may have, in fact she helped me a lot with all the paperwork when I was transitioning from my previous dentist to this office. I also want to mention Martha, my hygienist, who is very professional in her work and very kind in her treatment, always looking out for the patient's well-being. On my most recent visit I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Angela Velk who was the one who helped me with my cleaning that day, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and human quality, which I feel is a common denominator in that office. Thank you!

Somehow I’m signed in on my dad’s account I don’t know why or how to fix it - sorry if that causes any uncomfortable feelings. Velk dentistry was my dad’s dentist before he passed and my dentist. They have a warm welcoming atmosphere and are highly professional, communicate well, and the family oriented nature of the business makes it even better. The front desk, Alyson, has been there at least a decade, if that tells you anything about how good the environment is. Thanks for taking good care of my teeth. Nida
