Dr. Willis is an amazing Urologist! He cares about his patients. He works very hard to make sure they are taken care of. I experienced very bad complications with a kidney stone. Dr. Willis and his awesome staff especially Peggy were so kind, and diligent in helping me! God bless Dr. Willis and his staff! I would 100% recommend him to anyone with urology problems! I've had him for over a year now. He has failed to represcribe medications routinely despite receiving multiple requests over two months. I had to correct outdated information that he tried to give me about my condition, as well as insist that he take my concerns seriously. Find a different doctor

I never saw this doctor. Staff is rude and unprofessional. My insurance requires a $40 co pay and pays 100%. I was told by Peggy I had to pay $125 out of pocket due to deductible. I had to bc/BS reps call them to clarify. They refused and told me if I did not pay 125 I would not be seen. Filing a complaint.
