My family and I have been coming to Willow Dental for years. The staff and ladies up front have always been so kind. I'd say about two years or so now something changed. Their billing ladies have been doing some questionable things. I received a bill in the mail for services that were performed in December but under a company I never had medical insurance through and had not been with since 2021!! I called and left a message, the message said I would be getting a call within 24 hours it has now been a week! After this visit in December, I was also asked if I wanted to pay my daughters outstanding bill that was never brought up at her visit. When my husband called them to get clarification, his call was never returned. He too has been getting letters from Willow Dental stating that he owes them X amount of money, when he was never told at the time of service to pay.
I won't be going back Willow Dental. Too many suspicious activity going on, they have left me feeling very uneasy about how they are billing out for services.

Love WILLOW DENTAL! My family’s been patient since 2013 when they opened. Dr. Anderson get some of the best dentist in the valley. We love these guys! I love the fact that if you call in the morning, they will try to get you in that day for an emergency. I lost a crown and they got me in love that!

I went to Willow dental today to get my teeth checked after 4 years. They took care of my needs. They also gave me a plan on how we will move forward in taking better care of my teeth. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff were friendly. Lily was able to advise me more of what can be done with my teeth. Overall, very satisfied with their service. I hope to continue service with them and I will be able to get my teeth to another level in life. Thank you

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming and it just got better from there. Seriously everyone in this office was phenomenal. I highly recommend Willow Dental.

I absolutely love the willow dental. I did not wait even 5 minutes from my appointment time. Plus the lady that cleaned my teeth was very sweet and tolerated my unease through the whole process. They always accommodate my difficult schedule and are very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Friendly and professional! The office is clean and modern. No old outdated equipment! The owner made a point to come meet me as a new patient. They explained everything they were doing and why. Not just a painless visit, but a delightful experience!
