Amazing experience and one of the most genuine and gentle dental offices I’ve ever been to. My past dental visits at other places have left me terrified of going back but I recently started going here and the experience I had left me wanting to come back and extremely satisfied. They really do tell you exactly what you need and help you in many ways that you didn’t think you needed. They truly care for their patients and are very gentle and sweet with you. They will not hide anything from you and will truly treat you with the best care!

Terrible service. My wife got home crying a lot because she went there and they catch her with a better price than other dentists. After she paid for the start they pretend that you have more things to do and they double charge her.
If you don't want, you will lose the your payment without them starting. She waited almost a month for the appointment with so much pain and after go there we figure out that they are scammers.

I'd rather believe in a more expensive dentist than fall for this scam and pay double. Now she a double teeth pain and probably will need to wait more than a month to schedule a real good dentist.

Please be aware of this clinic. It was very frustrating for us that they didn't refund the money paid. We will sue them so this doesn't happen to more people.

And remember that they ask always for cash (saying that you will have a good discount) just so you don't open a credit card dispute and also, they can avoid taxes (they didn't give her the invoice). It's a mess.

Maria G Villar does good job on fillings and crowns as they fit well and stay in place for a long time and I do not have problems with them. I have many crows which were put there to stay over 10, 15 even 20+ years. Also Lian -- the hygienist does a very good and thorough job deep cleaning my teeth. The teeth and the gums feel much better than before. She also explained the benefits of oral hygiene and provided products to prevent re-occurrence of gum infections.

This is my first Dental Office i’ve gone to since moving to San José. Every visit I had, I was greeted and treated respectfully, with an overall great experience. This is a small but mighty team of 4 (that I am aware of). From the front desk to dental hygienist, and most importantly: Dr. Villar, every single one is absolutely kind & caring. I appreciate as well that Dr. Villar is a hispanic woman, I admire her hard work ethic.
I am very scared of needles and Dr. Villar was able to calm my nerves by describing each step. The dental assistant even gave me a stuffed animal to hold on to (yes, I am the terrified).

I would recommend this place to anyone. This is a caring, safe, and clean environment. There was no hidden fees or any tricks. I was shown every single cost in detail before my procedure.

Really a good dentist with a lot of experience. I moved from Florida and I got Medical Insurance. The doctor Maria explained the problem with my gums and after a deep cleaning my gums don't bleed anymore. I am very Happy!

Stay away from this dental office, they are not trustworthy and have horrible customer service. I recently had a horrible customer experience with Willow Dental Health office. I had dental work done in February 2017, I was given a quote for the services and I agreed to pay with Carecredit. On October 30, 2017 I received a call from Alejandra and she informed me that they made an error and that I still owed $1051. I am a reasonable person and understand that people make mistakes, so I was open to paying but only after reviewing the documentation. I informed Alejandra to email me the paperwork where it showed the services and the charges, but I never consented that she charge my Carecredit account. On November 02, 2017 Willow Dental Health office charged my Creditcare account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called the dental office on November 6, 2017 and spoke to Alejandra she went off on how it’s not fair that I essential received dental services for free and how they gave me six month break from these charges. Basically Willow Dental Health was putting the blame on me for their mistake. When I brought up the issue about my a Carecredit account being charged without my consent, Alejandra tried to play it off by saying that she was under the impression I talked to someone from her office and I had agreed to charge my Carecredit account. I never agreed to anything, but they went ahead and charged my account without my consent. Stay away from this dental office, they are not trustworthy and have horrible customer service.

this place Was referred to by denti-cal. We came here 15 minutes before 230 and was still waiting by 330. I had some questions and concerns about what I was getting myself into with the paperwork. still waiting and something was off maybe it was the fact that a kid that just walked in with her mom, had been seen before mines and I’ve been there waiting for an hour already when she was only there for 10 minutes max but something made me look onto the reviews for the place itself and what I found was horrific. I had took off immediately ! I didn’t want to put my son through that even myself being pregnant.. I had Walk to my car and the man at the front had followed me out to my car and looked at me like I Committed a crime he proceeded to stare at me. I asked him was Matthew ready to be seen? And he said no I have some questions about Matthew. I told him I had to use the restroom and I think he got confused and thought I said my son was in it, and I started my car and got out of there and my son said he had seen him staring him down while we were trying to drive out. That was so strange & Inappropriate if you asked me.. also Invasion of personal space.. never coming back again !

I had gone to many dentist to get regular yearly cleanings..I had never seen results on my dental health until I came to this dentist. I learned a lot about keeping up with my dental health...and it opens on saturdays another plus.
