I will limit my comments to this , the staff including Dr. Quock are very unprofessional. They are also uneducated on how the health insurance plans work. The front desk ( Beatrice ) states incorrect information to not only their clients but also to the health insurance companies while on conference call with whom they are in network with.

Be aware of what your health plan offers and what is covered. My wife was told our coverage was "expired" and that they needed authorization for our son's braces to be removed and our health plan would not approve such work to be done.

I put the office person on conference call with Delta Dental and the representative from Delta Dental stated not only was their office in network but that all the information Beatrice stated was not correct.

Please, please, please be aware of what your entitled to before dealing with this practice.

Dr Quock is a perfectionist which is what you want in a orthodontists. He's kind, courteous, flexible and reasonably priced. Your smile will not only be beautiful but functional and natural looking.

Terrible experience I went in to get my teeth pulled in my mouth no spaces. I told Dr. Quock, I was moving he put brackets in my teeth wound them up and now I have large teeth spaces that were never there before. Run as far away as possible!
