Very impressed with how quick our visit was and mostly also how professional everyone was here even front desk was very helpful!! Dr. Howell explained everything very effectively and answered any question we had, Rachel P. set us up for future appointments and also made us feel welcome by making sure we had all of our questions answered and effectively setting us up for future visits, also making sure we had all the information we needed going forward. I took my son as a new patient for evaluation, he instantly felt very well by the cute sign with his name on it, chicken process was quick and easy with less than 10 minute wait time. The assistant did a very good and thorough job explaining what she’s going to do to my son. Dr. Howell was very friendly and especially made my son feel very comfortable because he was talking to him the entire time what he is looking at and what he’s planning on doing in the future. after the appointment, I asked my son if he was still scared, and he said no. He did understand everything. Dr. Howell was talking to him about and he is excited to go back to get started with braces. Doctor and staff took time to go over everything with us without us. Feeling rust to get out or not being listened to. Excited to get started in this wonderful office with braces.

Since my first appointment this staff has been amazing & heart warming. Dr. Howell answered all my questions to all the concerns about my teeth & how he will be certain I’ll be satisfied with the outcome. I went in for my first visit today and Rachel and Dr. Howell were amazing!! They made me and my son feel extremely comfortable and they were very thorough with explaining everything to us as well. They took their time and made sure that we understood everything and showed us all of our available options as well. The service was fast and they were very friendly.

I’ve been taking my son here since January for braces and every time we come the staff is just so friendly. I have not once had a bad experience so far. The office is beautiful and they just make you feel welcomed. Dr Howell is great with kids and I love how he took the time to explain and advise on our first visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic services.

All details of my visit were perfect. The receptionist who gave me the appointment was friendly and competent. The receptionist who greeted me at the office are friendly and competent. The assistant who saw me was friendly, competent, and thorough. The assistant who took photos of my teeth was friendly, competent and thorough. Dr. Howell spent a lot of time with me, and answered all of my questions. It was a 5 out of 5 experience.

So far everything has gone perfectly & the staff is wonderful! I'm so glad we chose Wiregrass Orthodontics. The payment plan is beyond reasonable & I'm so grateful it's so affordable for someone like me who cant afford much!
