The most recent experience I had was the bad one. When my daughter got her braces off, they offered the back up retainer plan where they take a scan of her teeth and order an Invisalign type of retainer for $175. I said ok and scheduled the appointment to do the scan. This is all the information I was given, how much it cost and what it was. After the appointment for the scan I was told that I would get a call when the retainers came in and I could pick them up. Again, No other information was given. A few weeks later I got the call in the morning that they had come in and I could go get them, that the office closed at 4:30. As a single mom of 3 and working full time, I had either forgotten or just been too tired to go get them after work until they reached out again to tell me they still had the retainers and I could get them until they closed at 4:30. Finally after a couple months went by they called and I said I better just go right that minute so I didn’t forget or get too tired. I picked it up on my lunch break, dropped it off to my daughter and went back to work. I get a text a couple minutes later from my daughter saying they don’t fit. So I call back and made an appointment to have it checked out. At this appointment they keep those retainers, tell me that they can do another scan but it will cost me another $175 plus for them to make a set there at the office for my daughter to wear until the other one come in will cost $400!! I asked about the fact that I had already paid for the scan and that’s when they said I had only 30 days to say something to get anything fixed.

I had an appointment today at this clinic, and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing their staff was. If you're looking for an affordable and friendly place to go for your orthodontic appointment, you should definitely consider this place. I've been to different orthodontists, but so far, this place has been the best. They are very flexible and helpful, especially Ms. Ivanna. She is very accommodating and helped me understand the kind of treatment I will need. I highly recommend this clinic and you won't regret going there.

I have so much appreciation for wow smiles and what they’ve done for me. they have the kindest staff I’ve ever came across in all of Vallejo. Not only patient but understanding to all kinds of questions. If you’re thinking about making an appointment there, DO IT! You will not regret a thing. They’re very welcoming so there’s not a single reason to be nervous about anything! By far the best place to look into for braces!!!

Me and my daughter had the best service. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The office was bright and colorful and very clean . I saw communication and staff constantly disinfecting their work stations. I was really comfortable and relatable with Janett Salvador she deserves a taise and 500 million 🌟. I’m overjoyed with the staff, office and care. I’m glad to have this office in my community 🤩
