INCREDIBLE Urgent Care experience! Visiting out of state and got sick…the usual cough/congestion. A quick Google Maps search and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same morning! Online registration made everything easy and the location is easily accessible with plenty of free parking. India at Reception was friendly and the place is spotless! Medical Assistant Rayvin was as professional and gentle with all swabs, NP Anya was thorough, empathetic, and informative. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY & would give TEN STARS if possible!

Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Orange was a great help on a Sunday morning! The staff was courteous and facility was clean. Sasha Bennett APRN was pleasant and attentive to my needs. I would speak of the wait time, but there was no wait time. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for a while and always recommend it to everyone I know! The staff is professional, the wait times are always reasonable, and everyone is genuinely kind. I brought my 5-year-old daughter in yesterday and we saw Daryl McClendon, he was amazing! He made the visit as fun as possible and even got a smile out of her. Truly appreciate the care we receive every time. Love this place!

Visited this clinic for uncle health issue, After a long wait, Nurse Sasha finally arrived but unwilling to listen or offer proper care. The consultation felt rushed and lasted barely two minutes. She was also quite rude throughout. On a positive note, the front desk and other staff were courteous and helpful. However, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Both Sasha and Anya were amazing providers. Extremely thorough, considerate, and unrushed. They heard my concerns about my medical anxiety and individualized my care to help me be compliant. I am very grateful for this office!

Receptionist and staff—super friendly. I hate to give them this review because they were fantastic and this has nothing to do with them. (5/5)

But I waited for idk how long and he looked at my foot for 1min and said it was infected…barely even had a conversation before he sent me home with pills. He said the pain should go away in an a few days. Over a week later and it hurts the exact same. Never going back here. (0/5 stars)

Had to go back a week later because the first doctor was blatantly wrong about everything and the infection was getting bigger. New doctor was fantastic and got the last piece of glass out. Fooot felt better instantly. Changing rating to 5/5 stars for second doctor…thank you so much!!!
