My bf went in for wisdom teeth extractions, had all four teeth pulled. He had severe pain during the extraction on his lower left tooth and the dental surgeon Mr Sorensen took no care to apply any extra numbing even though he was wincing and pounding his fists and crying in pain. The site soon after became severely infected leading to a hospital visit to the emergency room where he was finally able to receive pain medication and antibiotics. Upon returning to the dental surgeons office to find out why he was infected the doctor forcibly squeezed his swollen cheek as hard as he could, my bf could be heard screaming in pain from the waiting room. This doctor provided very little knowledge as to why or how the infection happened or even what the infection type was. Had no empathy to the extreme pain and suffering my bf endured, and caused him further pain. I do NOT recommend anyone go to this malpractice dental surgeon, he will hurt you beyond repair and take no accountability for it. Even going as far as telling my bf an ER visit could sometimes complicate things even further. My bf had not slept or ate in days after the surgery and a hospital visit was definitely required. I believe he just did not want a paper trail of his mistakes. Once again, I will repeat, I do NOT recommend going to this office for any work. This man is a cold, evil doctor who does not take concern for patients pain and suffering. I have never seen my bf cry and scream in pain before, this was a terrible experience for him.

Dr Sorenson is a very talented, professional surgeon. I had a rear molar removed today,
and my gold bridge sectioned. I was made to feel totally relaxed during the procedure.
Dr Sorenson is highly recommended to anyone requiring his specialty, dental surgery.

I had a great experience with Yavapai Oral & Facial Surgery yesterday! Great staff and great doctor, I highly recommend them for anyone with the need for oral surgery! Mine was a simple extraction but they were very thorough and I will definitely come back in the future for future work.

Excellent services all around! Highly recommend this exceptional staff and doctor.
I chipped a long decayed/failed root canal. Called everyone to see who accepted my insurance and Yavapai said "Yes!"
My insurance is still too new, so I paid cash for the extraction, but the staff was extremely kind, and they'll try my insurance for the exam/x-rays.
Upon 1st call to them, they booked me within 2 weeks for a consultation.
Consult took roughly 40 minutes from walking in to walking out, and they booked me for surgery 2 days later.
Receptionist was very kind and warm--same goes for the doctor and technician staff.
Surgery took less than 30 minutes.
Very professional and efficient work done by Dr. Sorensen.
They were even training a new technician who was good.
Our family will be going here for oral surgery work.
We highly recommend these fine folks.

Getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed went extremely smooth. They were able to get me in quick and give me an exact estimate so there were no surprises. Dr. Sorensen has great bedside manner and my recovery went as expected. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional.

Dr Sorenson and his staff are extremely caring and professional working hard to make your surgical experience seemless. The whole staff and Dr. Sorenson were amazing. I went in to my appointment full of anxiety and they did a great job making me feel calm and safe. I opted to be out to sleep for my wisdom teeth extraction. Lisa was absolutely incredible and until it was time for anesthesia she made conversation with me to comfort me and keep me calm. Dr. Sorenson was also very kind and had a calming presence during everything which is very important for someone about to have surgery. I also got a follow up call which was really nice.
