They are very transparent with your treatment plan and make sure you understand it. They are very gentle and truly take their time with you. I had my braces installed as an adult. They were always super nice, I loved talking to everyone there and actually wish I dropped in to hang out. Every technician that worked there was very gentle and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices.

Everyone at this office is so super friendly! We enjoy going in for my daughter's ortho appointments. They recognize us and call her by name. They ask how we are doing and remember things we tell them. Most recently my daughter was having an orthodontic issue with one of her bands coming off and they were able to get us in that same day to fix the issue. She was happy knowing that her orthodontic progress would not be hindered and I was happy knowing she was happy and taken care of in a prompt manner. I would definitely recommend Dr Amy Buchler and all of her caring team to anyone searching for an orthodontist. You spend a lot of time with the office you choose so it is best to make a solid decision.

I had a consultation visit in the summer of 2019. I was hoping to see Dr. Amy Buchler but she was not in the office. Matter of fact she moved out of the country to the U.K. a couple months prior. I was annoyed that none of the staff bothered to let me know she was gone. There was nothing online that stated so. It is now the summer of 2020 and the information online has yet to be updated. I went with the intentions of meeting her but instead met a man I never heard of.

The doctor was nice but I didn't like how he was rushing the visit. He tried to make it seem like he wasn't but I could tell. I thought that was rude. If a client schedules an appointment they are entitled to your attention at that set time frame. I was a potential new client. Braces are expensive and if I am paying thousands of dollars for them then I deserve good service. I also did not like how the room where we sat down and reviewed the treatment plan is right next to the waiting area. There was no door nor curtain. Everyone in the waiting area can hear your conversation. When calling the office they are very difficult to get a hold of.

I've called numerous times throughout the week. They did not even respond back to the voice messages I left them. I had no luck through text or email either. By luck someone finally picked up. You just have to keep calling back until you get through. The only great thing I have to say was that they offered me a price on the lower end for traditional metal and clear braces than most dental practices. Seemed great but I respect myself too much to be a client here. I was not familiar with the work of this new dentist and based off the first impression he made I felt that it was best to go elsewhere. I have heard great things about Dr. Buchler. It is a shame she left before I could have received treatment from her. Other than that the rest of the staff was nice.

had braces for a year and about to get them again, i love everyone in the staff, they’re very sweet and respectful. i suffer from extreme anxiety and rarely feel comfortable places, especially with people i don’t really know, the staff truly made me feel comfortable at all times.

Don't expect a call if there is an insurance concern. You will be told they have over 100 patients and no time. Pretty rude and unprofessional. So if you deal with billing ever she is rude. Other than that the staff is great but again remember it is YOUR responsibility to verify your own benefits before your visit, thought it was the offices job to verify.
