The Dentis Doctors are great and polite. but the receptionist does not know how to do her job.Six months later they hit me with the bill when they said it had already been covered. Unexplained charges and receptionist was rude and won’t work with you. They should just get rid of the receptionist and get a new one I they won’t lose more customers.

My mother in law started receiving services with Yuma Dental to receive dentures in September. Come November after multiple fittings, the office stated that her mouth was too small and they could not actually get her dentures. She would have to find a different dentist. They would refund the insurance for the dentures they already charged her for that she never received. Here it is January and my insurance has still not received a refund. We can not get the dental office to answer the phone at all. I would not recommend this dental at all.

Dr. K. Church is amazing. He listens to my concerns and always makes me feel super comfortable. I went to a very popular dentist here in town who did unnecessary work on my teeth. He also said that I had three cavities that needed to be filled but because he didn't take care credit, I ended up going to Yuma Dental.

On the initial visit Dr. Church did his evaluation and told me that my teeth looked great. I looked at him like he was a crazy person and I said "Wait, I don't have any cavities?" He told me no, that my teeth looked great. I wish I had gone to Dr. Church sooner...it would've save me thousands of dollars on completely unnecessary dental work. Thinking about it still makes me so angry.

Thank you, Dr. Church for being awesome! I love his staff too, always polite and courteous. So glad I found this place.

I would defiantly recommend, I have a ton of Anxiety and the receptionist was very attentive her personality helped relax and ease my anxiety. The technician was great and made sure the x-rays were painless due to my tooth sensitivity. The dentist was great and listen to my concerns took time to explain the procedure I would need. Over all great staff

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was kind, friendly, patient and helpful. My teenage son has Autism and they worked so well with him. All 4 of us had appts and they managed to make it work so the the kids had one of us near if the needed support. All in all it was the type of visit that makes you wonder why anyone would fear dentists. I can't say enough good things.

As someone who has not seen a dentist in almost a decade, I would highly recommend coming here. I don't write reviews but Ronda the dental hygienist's care convinced me. I needed deep cleaning for all my teeth and she has been amazing. Makes sure I'm comfortable and know whats going on. Properly educated me and showed me just how much my gums have improved in a short period of time. Trust me, as far as cleaning goes, go here and have Ronda take care of you and save your teeth!! My only regret is I'm moving and won't have her to go to every 6 months.

My wife has been having tooth pain for the past couple of months. We made an appointment with them and when the time came they cancelled the appointment and moved her a month, a month later they cancelled that appointment again and moved her another month. All time she was having pain from one tooth. The time finally arrived for the visit and she goes the dentist tells her she has an infection, which after two months of her appointment being moved makes sense. He told her she had the option to either get it removed at that moment at her own risk or be put on antibiotics for a week and then going in to get the tooth pulled. After the doctor walks out of the room the assistant walked in and it's no longer an option they tell her they won't pull it and that they will give her the antibiotics for a week just to give her another appointment another month away.
