I really don’t like going to the dentist, especially today. I went in this afternoon for a deep cleaning, and I was definitely nervous. Lucia, the hygienist, was so kind and immediately put me at ease. My teeth are super sensitive and she adjusted the cleaning accordingly.

On my way out, I spoke with Mickey at the front desk, because I had a lot of questions about some of my other services. She took her time, explained the services and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. I walked out of my appointment with a smile on my face.

Thank you Lucia and Mickey for making my experience less dreadful. Lol

My appointment was at 1:10 PM on 02/07/25 Honestly, I had so much fun with the girl who does X-rays! I broke the ice saying how exhausting it must be to just do this all day. And she felt comfortable venting to me about her day and how she loved it regardless of mind and muscle it takes to do her job 🙂 Also, the hygienist that worked on my teeth was so kind and felt like she’s one of my aunts 🥹 Even the lady with the insurance that spoke to me about pricing and all was sooo considerate of my finances and didn’t push anything on me. She asked me about how I’m feeling and what I’m comfortable doing and even suggested to give me a call back if I’m hesitant to pay or make a decision. ❤️ Best experience in my eyes

Zak Dental is pretty solid. Every time, they’re super friendly and make me feel comfortable. The staff is nice. The only thing I’d say is that sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but other than that, it’s been a good experience. For sure recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and misinformed; they canceled and rescheduled me multiple times and front desk insisted multiple times with bad attitudes that I had a filling when I didn't; in the end, I had to speak to a dentist to have him confirm I didn't. What is the worst is that I moved and needed a referral for wisdom teeth removal, which they refused to give me a correct referral? Like they not only messed up the address but also refuse to actually give my new dentist one, which they had tor request

Zak Dental was able to step in and help me very quickly when a tooth became infected and developed an abscess. They were responsive over the phone when I called in with antibiotic questions, and even went the extra mile to schedule me at a different office to reduce the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment. The team at both the Temecula and San Diego locations are incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and informative. Dr. Carlos Rivero at the San Diego office heard my concerns, offered some factual information based on his years of experience to help ease my anxiety, and worked very quickly to complete the procedure. (I have a lot of anxiety, so it was nice not to have everything drawn out longer.) He was very professional, and I did not feel a thing. Would highly recommend him and Zak Dental to others.

I had my first appointment at the office on Ruffin Road yesterday. The staff was kind and very helpful. The doctor explained what I need to have done. They made me feel at ease and I look forward to getting my dental health on track. Thank you Zak Dental for a great experience.

Was given misinformation about a service for treatment to see the Orthodontist and had seen a dental Hygienist instead for the treatment plan of the Aligners I have. Originally scheduled on a Wed and received a call to reschedule on a Friday, which already had pre-arranged for time off work. I was rescheduled for the same week on Friday, taking time off work is not easy for me right now because I don't have sick pay. Their communication at the clinic is not cohesive, which causes misinformation, and the Clinic Manager didn't empathize. I also requested I need to adjust a payment for their Dental cleaning membership, and was told I would get a follow-up call and never did. It has been 4 days now and requested for deductions to be made at a later date, as I'm trying to adhere to my financial health. The Clinic Manager said she can change the date, and deductions of $32 was scheduled today and overdrawn in my checking account until my next pay day. I now owe an additional $27, totaling $59. I requested deductions for the last Friday of each month and was giving another false promise. Horrible customer service. Service personal doesn't listen to care and concern and only care about profitability. I already filed a complaint to BBB and have yet to hear anything on this organization's behalf. They don't have quality service.

I have been to my fair share of dentists and I have never been in such capable hands. Dr. Carlos was a whiz. I thought he was checking to see if I was numb enough and next thing he said was "done" 10/10 recommend. From start to finish I was pleased. Staff -10/10, Office Cleanliness 10/10. I'll be going back.
The receptionist was friendly, the Dr's knowledgeable and I felt no pressure to commit to something I couldn't afford today and was still given great service with what I could.
