My first day, I felt that the staff were fairly new. Some didn’t seem too confident with what they’re doing or how to speak with new patients. But the front desk was quick and straightforward.

There was an employee who was 2x masked up and took my x-rays. He was noticeably congested, but was quick and worked well.

Main concern was the equipment. The water system used to clean teeth was not working. They tried fixing it by turning off and on, but it didn’t work so we had to switch to another chair. Then the next chair had trouble starting up the water system, but eventually it started working after some tinkering. They filled a minor cavity.

Not sure if this is for everyone, but they didn’t offer to clean my teeth on the first day? It was only after communicating that my bite wasn’t the same after my filling was put in that they cleaned my teeth.

All in all, you’ll get what you need done. But they’re understaffed and the equipment may or may not work.

I love this office! I found Aspire a few years ago and decided to give it a shot because of the other reviews commenting on how friendly they are. I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist and always have been, so when I was in school I put off going to the dentist for years. I knew I needed to start seeing a dentist regularly and I’m so happy I found Aspire. Every single staff member I’ve worked with has been so kind and they are always so helpful in talking me through procedures that scare me. I have never felt this comfortable with a dentist and even though I’ve moved, I still drive to them because I know they have my best intentions at heart. Very thankful for Dr. Darcy and her staff!

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. They are always on time! This might seem like a given but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a doctor/dentist and they are late. The hygienist do a very good job, they are quick, the chairs are new and they have nice amenities. Keep up the good work!

Aspire has always taken care of me, and the staff at this location goes above and beyond to make the experience friendly and caring for all. I've had a cavity filled, deep gum cleaning, and wisdom teeth removed along with standard cleanings and each experience has been pleasant, informative, and the communication is always clear. Highly recommend!

Dr. Darcy is the best dentist I ever had in my whole life. She is just so thoughtful, Caring, and loving woman. She makes sure all my teeth don't hurt and when they do hurt, she fixes while making sure I’m not in pain. She even allows me to go to toy chest afterwards. The office is so clean and the staff is so nice. Oh we just love going to see Dr.Darcy!

Chan is incredible (honestly the whole team is)! I have the worst dentist anxiety and they have always worked so gently and explained everything so thoroughly.

They offer care credit which has been a life saver. So incredibly grateful for this team!
