Recently had a tooth extracted and I was NERVOUS! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel more relaxed and comfortable. Although it was quite painful due to the nature of my extraction it was also the most pleasant dental experience I've had. To top it off dr.Prince called me personally that evening simply to check on me. If I could I'd rate 1000 stars!

I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Prince and I am so happy with the results! It was the easiest process - just swapped out my trays every two weeks and it went by so fast. In addition to the amazing Invisalign treatment, White Pine is the best place for routine dental health. All the staff is so friendly, welcoming and professional. I had a near emergency with a tooth halfway knocked out; between Trish, Courtney, Dr. Prince and Dr. Mary, they all went above and beyond to help me. I was so appreciative!

This group of people are AMAZING! I had another dentist just totally make my tooth so bad. Hurt way worse than after I went in. I called White Pine and they immediately got me in the same day!! Very compassionate and caring group of professionals! I am terrified to the point of panic of the dentist. They made me feel calm (with help of relaxing gas) and cared for. If I could give them 200 starts I would! They will now be forever be my dental group! If I could remember everyone’s name personally I’d thank them all!! The front desk lady was so caring and sweet. The Doc I had she was fabulous and explained every little thing they were about to do!! I highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Prince and Dr. Mary are the best dentists in the Reno area! I am so grateful for everyone at White Pine Family Dental and look forward to my appointments every time. I have TMJ after 4 years of adult braces, and had gone to several other dentists to see what could be done. All of them told me I'd have to have 5 implants added back in where teeth were previously extracted for crowding, along with 3-4 more years of braces and palette expansion. I left most of those appointments in tears since I'd already spent thousands of dollars on my teeth and couldn't afford more. Dr. Prince is the first dentist who had a much less invasive and less expensive option for me, which involved creating an orthotic appliance that I wear on the bottom of my teeth at night and throughout the day, when possible. It's been almost a year of wearing it and I no longer have headaches, neck pain and sore face muscles from TMJ! I had no idea it would help so much, but I'm so grateful for Dr. Prince and this option to treat my TMJ. If you are in need of a dentist, especially if you have TMJ, I highly recommend White Pine Family Dental!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had has been with White Pine Dental.

I voiced all of my concerns and they wasted no time to get to the root of any issues I had. They are beyond professional and homely all in one setting. Trish was quick and efficient with my cleaning, Dr.Prince is very thorough with his care plans and explains the process, Jess couldn’t have been more helpful and Cheyenne answers all of my questions with ease!!

Look no further, this family will not disappoint you <3 PS, I had a root canal done, 7 hours later and I experience no pain. I am beyond impressed!

This team at White Pine Family Dental is AMAZING!! I had a tooth extraction and the assistant Jess and Dr. Prince were great. They kept telling me I was doing a great job and asking how I was doing and if I needed anything. Very re-assuring, caring and kind. I absolutely love this practice, I highly recommend them.
