This place we thought was going to be great. My husband needed a root canal so they got him in quick provided a quote that showed after cap and everything we would pay $175. When we arrived the day od the procedure we were presented with a bill stating we owed $625. We elected to not go with this seeing as it was a lot more then discussed. Now a full month has passed and we received a bill from them for $5000. This is baffling. We did not receive the service from them and the original service was a routine thing covered by insurance. Now they send me text messages and automated calls demanding payment for a service not received. When I try to call them I say on hold and end up at a message machine thar is seemingly never checked. I usually only do reviews if a place is good because I try to avoid negativity. However i hope this saves you the trouble we are experiencing.

Absolute Dental on South McCarran is amazing! Not only is the front office staff and office manager fantastic and very knowledgeable, but the doctors and assistants are Incredible!! The team at Absolute Dental in South Reno is definitely who you want to go see! They are courteous, helpful, and they LISTEN to you and your concerns, they don't just do what they want to do. The treatment they do is impeccable, and I will not go anywhere else from now on! If you are looking for and amazing Dental Office, Please consider Absolute Dental on South McCarran!
