Community Alliance Health, from the moment I walked in I was surprised, from the front desk girls the young girl I spoke with name was America she went beyond and above tell me what paperwork to fill out other services they offered just a gem of a place ,very enlightening information,
she answered all my questions , it was a pleasure to talk with all the frony desk girls, my questions where all answered and with a smile. I saw a Dr Jamie Stewart, the nurse that I saw was a delight, very 'experience taking my weight, blood pressure iwas at ease. Next I saw Dr Jamie Stewart what a pleasure she was, I finally found a doctor that wasn't in a rush and sat down with me, she asked me what my concerns were, we talked a while i have just about moved from Maryland to Reno , she asked all the right questions, I didn't feel like I was just another patient that she saw, and she is very busy at this location , and we all know there's a shortage of to good Doctors.. Liz who drew my blood was a delight, I hate needles, however she made me very comfortable.
I can't say anything wrong about this facility...from start to finish, kudos to all the staff kudos to the Doctor, I am so very thankful that I found this facility.

Absolutely Wonderful Professional staff from the front desk to the Nurses and PCP Drs and Mental Health Dr!! I have a PCP Dr and Counselor here and was SO excited that they added the Mental Health Dr that they did. They all legit work together and thru their actions you will see just how caring and loving all these are! I'm 100% elated and beyond satisfied with all the cate I received here and the bonus is it's all under 1 roof!!

Absolutely exceptional experience at this Health Center! I recently took my dad here, and from start to finish, the care and service we received were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure my dad felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout his visit. I really like the improvements they have made with the lobby. It’s easy to get an appointment and I appreciate that I can use my insurance here. I know they also offer scaling fees based on income and qualifications. Last year I got to visit their new Sun Valley location, and it is gorgeous state of the art.

Things have changed SO much for the better here. My first and previous experience here left a bad impression (apathy and rudeness). Today I had a new doctor (Jaime Stewart) who was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and really took her time. The staff was also kind and courteous with very little wait time given the amount of people there. This will definitely encourage me to seek preventative care here without the reluctance I had before. Thank you!
