I’ve never felt so welcome at a dentist’s office before! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was warm, approachable, and professional, creating an environment that put me at ease. Dr. White was absolutely wonderful—kind, caring, and attentive to my needs and just has a great energy to him. It’s clear that this office genuinely cares about their patients and love their job, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that makes you feel like part of the family.

I had a traumatic accident on a Sunday evening resulting in substantial damage to my teeth. My friend contacted her dentist, Dr. White, and he said he could help me first thing Monday morning. I have a lot more dental restoration work to go, but they were able to fix me up enough to get by while we plan out the next steps in my recovery. His staff was kind and reassuring during my crisis, and I was very impressed that they took time to give me thorough emergency treatment, especially since I was not an established patient. My temporary work looks great, allowing me to get back to my normal routine.

Unnecessary procedures leading to high out of pocket prices.

My previous dentist was one of those bougie dentists in a new office with TVs on the ceilings. Despite that, I just paid the most out-of-pocket that I've had to pay for an exam and cleaning.

The primary reason is that Dr White's office insists on regular x-rays -- it's even in the patient agreement that they make you sign. This is contrary to current recommendations of the American Dental Association who says that x-rays shouldn't be used for routine checks, and something I brought up with the dentist. The Dr seemed amenable to not doing the annual x-rays they insist upon, so I didn't make a deal about this initial full set of x-rays. They didn't make any attempt to get x-rays from my previous dentist.

They had quoted me a reasonable "out of pocket price" which I paid in the office. Then I got a surprise bill. Much of this is that insurance didn't pay anything for the x-rays since it's been less than 5 years since my previous set of x-rays. I wish they had gotten the x-rays from my previous dentist, or notified me that they wouldn't be covered... or not do them at all. The $130 bill (on top of the $24 in-office payment) left a very sour taste in my mouth.

The office experience was otherwise OK... I had to wait well past my appointment time. The rooms were dated... definitely no TVs on the ceiling.

5 stars, hand down. I have dental anxiety and from the numbing to the crown prep, I felt nothing and it was quick, easy, and painless. This guy knows what he’s doing! I will be back for more treatment. His office manager is AMAZING, Michelle I think her name is. She was so accommodating and was able to get me in right away! Thank you Dr. White and team.

I went to a new DENTIST today. I was very nervous to be there at first. Because my last four dental experiences were terrible. So a friend of mine referred me to his dentist. Who is DENTIST David WHITE on 1300 Haskell str. When I first went in the staff were very friendly. Michelle was the first person I met and she was so nice & professional. She made me feel very comfortable. Than I met two more people who were the same. They explained everything to me about what they were going to be doing. So they pretty much explained everything that I was gonna go thru with my procedure. Than I met the awesome DENTIST David WHITE himself. He was so nice and very professional just like my friend said. I already am really liking this DENTAL place. I forgot all about being nervous. I walked out of there feeling so happy about getting all my procedures done with them. The place feels so homely and comfortable. I'm glad I took my friends referral to go there. So if you're looking for a great dentist & along with very nice. Than I suggest you go see Dr. David WHITE DDS and his staff.

Great place ! Everyone in the entire staff was so helpful, even when referring us to a oral surgeon and making it happen in the same day, we came all the way from Ely, Nevada. I would totally recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to give them a call even if you are from out of town !
